“Awesome car wash. I get the platinum wash drive thru automatic wash. It does an excellent job and won't ever damage a vehicle. It even does undercarriage. The wax mode is really wax. Leaves cars shining. They even offer 2 towels for drying. The attendant / owner Justin is awesome. He will deck scrub vehicle ( if requested ) , wheels and all. He offers it at the entrance of wash. Super friendly , clean facility always. vacuum is free with wash. Good vacuums . All in all a great place to clean car. Nice area as well.”

“I love that that this place provides pre soaked towels with cleaner and the vacuums really suck! Also no need to rush, because the vacuums run all day. I think my favorite feature is the high pressure air nozzle that cleans all the dirt out of tiny crevices that I wouldn’t normally be able to get to with a cloth or vacuum. There’s even an automatic mat washer to shampoo your mats. Lastly, staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful.”

“Very affordable hand car wash. It cost $40ish to wash and detail my Ford Edge. It was the more basic detail, but I definitely feel like I got more than my moneys worth as I would have paid more somewhere else for a less thorough job. On peak times it can be hard to get into the business if there are already a line of cars.There is a sitting area inside which is nice.”

“My hubby and I always come here when we need a quick self spray wash for our new car. This place (unlike other self serve car washes) only charge you $3 to start and goes up from there. Other places I have been to will charge your card $10-15 and it takes days for any charges to drop off that you didn’t use. So, if you are in south Austin and need to wash your car quick without paying $10+. Come here! It’s right across from the shell station on slaughter and south 1st”

“This Laserwash location does a great job, with an active manager who will recognize you after several visits. You have the absolute CHOICE as to whether or not he uses a brush on your car... so if touch free is your priority, just tell him that you don't need him to use his brush. I will keep going there since the service is very good!”

“I obviously cannot speak for other people in their experiences. But I can tell you that these guys are mobile and I've used them out of auto shop where I get my oil change. One time we had what we thought was a rock chip but it wasn't even a chip they told us the truth instead of taking advantage of us and didn't charge us anything like they could have because we were willing to pay. Since then they have helped my good friend and a couple other people I have seen when they need their chips fixed. They work with you to usually get it covered for free under most insurances and that is stand up!”

“I paid for the “Rookie” wash. I pulled up to the vaccuum spot and notice towels , window cleaner, and “new car” spray freely available. I also noticed how powerful the vacuum is. The best part, though, is that the team leader came over to inspect my wash, noticed it was sup bar and offered me the VIP on the house. Even told me how to get a free MVP wash on my next visit. THAT young lady deserves to be put on the management track. I’ll be going there from now on.”
“I had my car filled detailed over here and paid 350 to have it detailed. Where I went before I had a detailed and paid 200 and did a better job at the little pieces. The side door panel pockets were not cleaned, the roof panel wasn't cleaned, the crevices were not cleaned in the cup holder and around the emergency brake. The sun viser was not pulled down and cleaned. If you are going to get your vehicles detailed for that price, make sure you throughly look at the cleaning. Once thing that I absolutely loved about it though was this employee. Unfortunately I do not know here name, but she was amazing. She did so much as helped us put stuff in the car, helped me with my kid on keeping an eye on him while I put in the car seat and she was amazing and friendly. Spoke to me like a human being.”
