Visited this location to open an account, but they refused because I didn't have an appointment, even though the lobby was empty. I took my business elsewhere; if they treated me this way as a non-customer, I can only imagine how I would have been treated as a customer.

Half the time you can't use the ATM at this bank and this location NEVER answers their phone. I call so many times in a row to catch them if they're between customers and then you go up to the bank (still calling) and see that they aren't busy with anyone.

Do not go to this location. No one is in the lobby to greet you. There was a gentleman who did come out but couldn’t assist but went to talk to a lady in her office joking around. All that was needed was a name change that Velocity took two minutes to do and they wanted me to wait an hour to get that done. Another person was there to open an account and they told her to come back at 2:30. This is ridiculous if you guys are short staffed. I will be writing a letter to your corporate office regarding this encounter. Go to another location and save some time. 0/10 recommend. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Also if you’re trying to reach a manager via the phone number…it will disconnect because no one answers and it tells you to call an 800 number.

these people bounced a cashiers check!!! they had know idea that was not a thing to do. It never accorded to them they had done something wrong and that they should make it right immediately. Their response was "we sent your check back to you". No call to tell us that they where bouncing the check. It never occurred to them to try depositing the check again. In case they might of done something wrong. If I could leave a -star it would be a -5stars.

Not a good bank for my business! They put almost a 10 day hold on my check which is criminal in my opinion just because they can't "verify" funds. The issuers bank said they released the funds the following business day. I should have never left my credit union. They would release $200,000 checks next day. This bank is holding an $8,000 check hostage for 10 days! I will be leaving this bank very soon!

WOW!!!! I just read chase banks can just close your accounts with no explanation. They give some vague answer and tell you sorry but you're no longer a customer. They say when they see suspicious activity chase can close your account it whenever. The thing is no one is seeing suspicious activity in their accounts.

I have never given a review for a bank but I feel this Chase location deserves a 5 star. I have been coming to this location for several years and I am always amazing how friendly the personal and business side is to me. I am also extremely impressed how they always greet me by name. I only wish that I had just as good memory as them. This is my favorite Chase bank location in Austin/Buda

Put $1,400 in the atm and the machine ate it without confirming the amount in my account and when I attempted to ask the employees about the situation they told me to leave the property. My money was stolen and I was treat like a criminal this place is terrible

Been with the company for several years! Always had terrible experience. About a year ago my husband and I moved to TN. We assumed Chase banks are everywhere since there on every block within Austin. NOPE!!!! Only chase banks in TN are in Nashville and we live about 3 HOURS from there!!! Further more my wallet was stolen 2 WEEKS AGO! I got all my replacement cards EXCEPT...ding ding ding...Chase Bank...they even charged me a $5 processing fee to get my replacement card by the end of LAST WEEK!!! To say the least...Chase is terrible! I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone within the bank since even before COVID, and every time we tried to call no answer and no way of leaving a voice-mail. Please stay away from this location. They do not give a S*** about you. To sum it up...we are done with Chase, im letting my account close, and I've moved onto better banking choices..

This branch and it's management are TERRIBLE. My wife went in for simple notary service and was escorted out of the branch because she kept asking questions about the delay. If you can AVOID the BUDA Chase, do so.
