To prepare for a long distance road trip, I felt led to take my vehicle to CBA in Buda. From the moment I scheduled my appointment on the telephone…to being greeted in person at the reception desk…to being shuttled to and from…to picking up my vehicle when it was completed…I received the most excellent customer service. I was so pleased and felt very confident that my vehicle received the most top notch service…Bryan even went the extra mile and upon realizing my key fob no longer worked, he so kindly installed a new battery…this first experience gave me so much peace that I will no longer take my vehicle any where else...they truly glorify the Lord in all they say and do! :o)

Employees are nice and a seemingly honest company. Took my car in about a month ago with an overheating issue. Told them the issues I was having. Car was there for 2 days. I called back to see if it had been fixed as I hadn’t gotten any updates. They explained they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car to cause the issue and gave me a list of things they had checked. They said didn’t experience the over heating issue when test driving. However, only a day after leaving CB, the car started acting up again. Took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion who quickly found a leak in the heating supply hose that was leaking coolant and was the cause of the overheating. I was only charged a diagnostic fee by CB but not happy having paid to not have the issue fixed or even diagnosed, especially when the issue was something they told me they had checked. Didn’t inspire a lot of confidence to return for other issues or general maintenance. Waste of the diagnostic fee.

really appreciate the level of care & accountability from these guys! a huge shout out to Jerry for having to explain (and probably dumb-down) my car's issues to me and then turn right around and overexplain these same issues to my Grandpa, haha. couldn't feel more valued as a customer, thanks yall!

My daughter goes to college in San Marcos. One of my biggest deciding factors was that there was a Christian Brothers Automotive near by. Her car has high mileage and needs some attention every now and then. The Peace of mind that I have that Cami and Karl are a phone call away is priceless! I completely trust and know they look after my daughter as if she was their own. I am so appreciative of the service they provided! May GOD Bless you with many more years of successful business!

I have used Christian Brothers on several occasions. They went the extra mile to insure my car was properly repaired. Their waiting room is clean and well stocked with snacks. They offer a free shuttle service to your house or workplace. The icing on the cake is the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on the repair.

I have worked with Karl and his team for years. They are a honest automotive shop, which is hard to come by. I highly recommend Christian brothers for anything from oil changes, maintenance and heavy auto repair. I love that they give me a free digital report with pictures when I bring my car in so I have a complete picture of the health of my vehicle!

Been going here for years. Even when the staff changes, everything is always friendly and informative. As someone who has to go in now after working on their car by themselves for years, it feels good to be taken care of.

What a bunch of clowns would never take my vehicle here they perform a oil change on my gf vehicle and procded to give a visual check over and told her she needs some work done that they noticed and a few thousand dollars dollars worth telling her she needs struts and ball joints and cv boots and tie rods allinement and brakes all the way around on it and I was like noooo they scam people and misleading them into repairs that are not needed took it to another repair facility and had them look it over and all they came back with was sway ar links hmmmm

Christian Brothers in Buda exceeded our expectations and had outstanding customer service. We had some AC issues and initially were told it could be 72 hours for diagnostic and up to a week depending on parts. We took our vehicle to CB in Buda and were very customer focused. The lobby for waiting was so nice and even volunteered a shuttle service to help get us home. They were able to diagnose and repair our vehicle the next day. I would recommend the CB in Buda Texas to everyone for all your vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance.

Christian Brothers Automotive has been taking care of our daughter’s car repairs ever since she moved to San Marcos to attend Texas State. As a young lady we were so nervous to have our daughter take her car just anywhere. Christian Brothers have always been so sweet and kind when she’s had to take her car to them. They are trust worthy and loyal. We are pleased with their great service and their dedication to make sure that our daughters car run safe.
