Craters and Freighters did an outstanding job on a complex order (large) from an auction house. Perfectly packed, excellent communication and arrived when they said it would. We would definitely use them again. They were half the cost of everyone else because they build their own crates and didn't have to ship everything individually..

Purchased surplus equipment through Government Liquidations. Had it shipped through Craters and Freighters. The equipment got very damaged due to the poor way they packed it. They crated it so poorly, there was several thousand dollars worth of damage. Was quite disappointing. They got their money, so I don't think they really cared. The moving company (Estes) did fine and I can not blame them for anything that happened.
