Overpriced compared to other ditch witch locations. Very dishonest service department. Added a new filter to the carburetor look how dirty the carburetor unit is I do not recommend taking your equipment here. I will say that they did come down on price but it took two years My original quote was for $10,000 and they came down to $ $3750 to walk out the door cost me another $300 of my own in parts exact items they said they replaced ended up buying at O'Reilly's ,fuel filter ,fuel pump, hose for fuel tank labor to get things actually working like the parts they said they replaced literally billed for them on bill I guess sitting so long they decided to take off for other customers , which I just found out were not replaced at all. I went in to get a $1,200 chain drive four bolts and two hoses to replace with a new one which I was quoted two grand in Waco ended up being $ 10,000 and my unit completely taken apart and then I was told I could have it back completely shocked at their customer service it also tells me that maybe I'm just not ready to use ditch witch equipment because they don't value their customers much. I just can't explain how $2,000 price went $10,000 for the same items and it looks like I have a used part because I didn't pay full price . Back to today Vance the service guy says I will have to open another ticket to work on getting the carb kit running .Really tell someone there unit is ready ,no fluids correct,no prime on the fuel pump ,means you didn't do your job .They did say if I couldn't pay they could easily just take the unit in if I sign papers .The owner was willing to do that and that was an option due to my financial distress. but if I would have just paid $2,000 originally I would have had the unit making me money and not sitting in their yard forever. By the way the machine wasn't running when I picked it up like they told me on Friday matter of fact the battery was dead so they jumped it and couldn't get the anything to run because the carburetor that they didn't fix wasn't fixed I literally rebuilt it since it's a simple Honda motor. They even charged me for a key I left the 🗝️ in the motor. So here's my key takeaways if you have work done by them Make sure it's actually done cuz I just learned things I was billed for weren't even freaking on the machine which was very disappointing. I was literally told go down the street to Lowe's by customer service and get a battery it would be cheaper. I was told my machine was ready for pickup and running evidently . The chain literally has a bolt missing $5 $10 of course they would bill $50 and they didn't replace it to make a tooth operationable. Do yourself a favor go take your machine where they care about you My experience with Vance over 20 years experience is He's going to rip you off You're not going to get the repair done there and you're going to go to side mechanic like all the contractors I worked for once they got priced. And when it's your own equipment slap yourself before you walk in the door there and turn your damn truck around. Because if you do go there understand you could be feeding somebody's family that's homeless or donating the money to charity instead of their pocketbooks. Now I have a trencher from ditch witch that I'll be getting fixed in a different city when it breaks down again That's the experience I've had with Vance in his service department. I could go line item of their invoice and show you pictures of things that were billed but not done just blown away wish I never took my machine here . Not everyone there I'm sure is a bad person but the experience I had of being overpriced, machine completely stripped, parts build not being done. Letting a unit go out after you tell someone it's ready and running and ready for pickup and then walking over to jump it and then telling The customer to go somewhere else because the battery is cheaper.Disappointing I hope they get anot

Horrible customer service after the sale, just want your money. I’ve had issues with equipment even during the warranty period with no help. I’ve got 2 sk1050s broke down at the exact same time the service department trying to tell us that we don’t know what we’re doing. And that we don’t know how to maintain our equipment. They want us so to bring it in so they can charge us big bucks.Big stay away.ZERO HELP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never will recommend ditch witch to anybody!!! Especially with this dealer Should have gone to Vermeer honestly.

I’ve been in the landscape business for almost 15 years. We mainly use mini skids and attachments for our projects. After using and renting many other brands of mini skids, I can confidently report, Ditch Witch is by far the best. In my honest opinion, not only Ditch Witch machines are well built and reliable but their staff is by far the most outstanding. I have never had issues getting parts, service, and answers from both Brad and Luke. Brad will go out of his way to find parts, get pricing, service to ensure your business is back up and running as we heavily depend on these equipment. Luke helped us in to a Ditch Witch 1550 - zero pressure and helped with the financing end of it. Made the process easy as possible, and always kept me in the loop. The service department is great as well. I’ve had a Sk800 go in for a repair, the machine was in and out without issues. Vance was on top of the repair
I look forward to doing business with this location for years to come. It’s hard to look else where when you have guys like Brad and Luke behind the desk. Keep up the great work!
