I’ve been in business for 19 years. You’re saying this has been working for you for seven years, that’s great. Seven years is not very long to be in business. I’m assuming you guys are even having a hard time with interest rates as high as they are. The fact is, I booked the numbers and that’s where my offer came from, you guys did not even attempt to make a counter offer. You were immediately rude and treated me matter-of-factly. Joe has no professionalism. He completely takes the tone of a text message all wrong and comes back with attitude. I think everybody should know how you deal with people. The proper way of doing your business would be to have come back with a counter offer. And not some offer of $200 off? You’re telling me that I shouldn’t have expected you guys to have bought that vehicle for what the trade-in value is which is usually what dealerships offer, but then you want me to believe you only have $200 of room to negotiate on the vehicle? Good luck with that business structure.
As I said before my credit score over 800, I don’t need to get your financing. You lost the sale over your own arrogance and unprofessionalism. Now I’m just angry and I’m gonna make sure everybody that I can tell. We’ll see the text message and we’ll see how you actually treat potential customers.
The only thing potential customers have to go by was with the blue book state. Those are the numbers that I used now. Maybe you paid too much for this vehicle and you’ve had it long enough for interest rates were a little bit lower and vehicles were selling for a little little bit more. I think that’s the situation here because you’ve had that truck for a while Now you’re in a situation where you can’t sell it for less because you paid too much for it. That’s exactly what I think where you are at, and you’re too ashamed to admit it. Regardless the way, I was talked to is unacceptable.
Matter of fact, you don’t even have the professionalism to call me back and apologize yourself or even to try to save the deal, I hope you guys continue to cut your noses off to spite your face because you won’t last another three years. And, you still never even asked the question that I asked you twice over two days. What poor service you have

Upon doing my due diligence, while looking at a used truck at this dealership, I looked up what the bluebook value of the car is, both dealer retail what they should be selling it for and trade-in value. I made a fair offer for a vehicle. It was a serious cash in hand offer. The person I spoke with claim to be a sales manager when he was not. His name is Joe. If he is a manager, I would fire him if he worked for me.
One of the things I pointed is that in one of the pictures of the interior of the vehicle showed the outdoor temperature being 64°. It’s almost June here in Texas. It has been 64° outside for a while. They claimed that they keep it inside and a warehouse. Nobody in Texas spending the money to air conditioner warehouse down to 64°. I’ve also seen this truck listed for Over a month. So the vehicle hasn’t moved in a while. I also had asked two different sales reps about the towing package of the vehicle and to see if it included a spot for a fifth wheel hitch in the bed. No one ever answered my question.
For them $38,000 for the vehicle which I thought was fair considering the dealer retail value was $36,349 according to the blue books. They did not even counter my offer. Instead Joe returned a very rude text- “Sir, that is a joke, I suggest you look elsewhere. If you think people are marking there cars up that much you are mistaken. A good deal isn't how much you get off, it is how you are buying it compared to market. Good luck with your search.”
Instead of even a conversation or a counter offer, that was his reply. And yes, dealerships are marking vehicles up that much nowadays. No, maybe they didn’t take this vehicle on a trade-in and only give the owner $30,000 like the bluebook say that dealerships will offer. But this guy has to think that people are stupid to think that they have the willow room of $200. I don’t think this guy is gonna be very successful in his career at selling cars. I don’t even need financing, I have cash. According to Joe, this is a small dealership with only a few people that work there along with the owner. And I sure hope the owner sees this. If Joe worked for me, I would Joe. You don’t ever tell a customer to go elsewhere. You try to negotiate. I called the dealership to talk to a sales manager, and Joe was the person that I spoke with and he verified that he’s the one that was texting with me. He was very rude over the phone
So if you don’t want to dealership to treat you like you’re just gonna have to take their pricing or move on down the road, you’re not worth negotiating with, and you’re just a sucker walking down the street, then this is the dealership for you.
A little word to the wise for Joe, the longer you have these vehicles the more it cost you to maintain them, The more labor, the owner has to put in and into washing them and doing whatever periodical maintenance that they may need. So the longer you have these vehicles on the lot, the less profit you make on them. You could’ve sold this today.
My offer was more than fair, it was my beginning offer and they refused to even negotiate and that’s not even how you play this game.

Very very disappointed in the way their handling the situation I’m having with them. went to go buy a truck from them and the truck had some issues tire rotting and missing key fob that was supposed to come whit the truck as stated on the site the manager gave me their word that they would take care of it since the tire shop was closed and i drove 4 1/2 hours to go look at the truck i figured their honest people and would help me resolve the issues but clearly not the case i got brand new tires and a key fob and sent the receipts and it’s been a month know and they won’t answer my calls or txt

We discovered Driven Auto Sales by looking for our dream truck, after literally looking all over Texas for over a month for a Ram 1500 Limited… we were drawn to my new Ram 1500 Limited not just because of how clean the truck was, but because of how loaded the truck was with all the goodies a truck could come with.
