I contacted Elite Star movers on Friday for moving a suana quickly. They answered the phone late on a Friday afternoon and provided me an estimate that was exceptionally reasonable and were able to accommodate what I needed moved very quickly and with outstanding communications. They made my stressful situation a priority and I am very grateful for their kind and professional service. I highly recommend Elite Star Movers if you need to get the job done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable rate.

I'm disabled with fibromyalgia. I have pain everyday. I chose to pack everything myself despite my pain because I don't work and don't have money for all the extras. The manager of the group asked if I needed help packing and I thought he was joking but they started packing. 4 boxes in the dining room including a box of left over packing paper. Yep. A box of packing paper. Some items weren't even packed but put on the truck anyway.I was told the movers would come back the next day to pick up the rest of my stuff. They did not come get anything else and they also didn't tell me they were already on the way to the new house 4 hours away. I was in extreme level 11 pain that morning (because of what I did the day before) and still had to pack what I could in the car and drive 4 hours.Sure, I was late, but I told them I would be.I had planned on leaving the first day but I could not because I was in too much pain. They charged me extra because they arrived earlier than me that second day and had to wait for my arrival. Plus, I was charged $500 for their packing services. They moved about 182 boxes but packed somewhere between 12-22 boxes. 3 I know we're in the dining room. I'm not paying $500 for 3, 12, or 22 boxes, all of which I had available for them to begin with. I know what I packed myself. I'm not a liar. I told them to come look at the boxes themselves too and they didn't.I requested the second insurance option to have anything they broke repaired or replaced. They didn't even send me the form for that. I know the guys moving my stuff didn't mean to break my tv stand and they honestly tried to fix it. But they couldn't. I'm missing a kitchen cart wheel, the copper screw part of an antique dresser is bent, one broken mug, and they didn't hook up the washer and dryer.Whoever said I told them not to hook them up is lying. That makes no sense. I had to pay for someone else to move them to the right room and hook them up.I was so stressed and physically in pain. I was taking Advil every night in January from packing as well as my regular medication for fibro.I did not like one of the moving managers and the person who always answered the phone. I'm not a liar and I don't appreciate being lied to.

I was previously moved into my 2 bed 1600 sqf apartment by elite and it took about three hours. I hired elite again to move out and was provided an estimate of 3:45 to 5:45 hours, this move was a little more difficult. It took elite 11 hours despite packing and unpacking everything myself. The owner was kind enough to take 300 off but 1.7k to move a two bed apartment is insane. 11 hours to move a 1600 sqf apartment with three movers and no packing required is crazy. To top it off, while I was helping the crew move plenty of stuff, they pointed to boxes for me to move. I thought I paid to be moved, not to move myself. The icing on the cake for a 1,700 move.

I have used several different movers over the years and Elite Star Movers is at the top of the list. They were very helpful and professional from the initial call to follow-on service. Hector was very professional, accommodating and responsive. He worked to meet our schedule and delivery needs. The crew that move our furniture was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a sub par experience with one of Austin's so called "premier movers" when helping a client move out of the Four Seasons in Austin. After the other mover dropped the ball I was given the name and number of Hector Aguilar (owner of Elite Star,) He knew I was in a pinch and made the necessary adjustments to get my clients final items moved. Kevin and JR were the movers he sent and they were hard working, kind and respectful men. They got the job complete even though I put a tight timeline on it for them. Never once on their phones or slow walking to the truck, but, rather exhibiting forward thinking and strategy on how to load the truck most effectively. They both walked with purpose during the hours we worked together. If I had a redo on who I should have hired for the full move it would hands down go to Elite Star movers. I will always refer them until they give me a reason not too! Hector, Kevin and Jr, thank you !!

Scheduling and pricing for my move was very easy---even given it was very last minute. The guys arrived on time and were very efficient but took very good care of my belongings. Will absolutely use this team in the future and refer to anyone who needs a good moving company. The cost of my move was exactly what was expected. Will absolutely call on Elite Star Movers in the future and refer to anyone who needs the service.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but my experience with this company was not positive at all. I am a 55+ year old woman and I hired this company to move me from a 2-2 apartment to a 1-1 apartment. The distance between the two apartments is 3 miles. This move ended up costing me over $800 as it was based on time. It shouldn’t have taken the amount of time that it did. One of the movers was busy on a personal cell phone call for a long period of time. At times only one of the movers was actually moving items and the other was in the truck “arranging” items. My second problem is during the move I mentioned to the movers several times to not forget my printer. They assured me they wouldn’t. Well they left my printer and due to circumstances beyond my control i was not able to move the printer and I no longer have a printer. My bed was damaged in the move. The movers did not properly hook up my washer and dryer and lied to me about the dryer. It wasn’t until I went to “test” the dryer that they told me it wasn’t hooked up. They then said it was fixed and it came on so I thought it was. It was eventually fixed but then I realized they hooked up the hot water as cold water and Vice Versa on my dryer. That eventually was fixed. But the damage to my bed was never addressed even after I sent pictures showing the damage was fresh. I was told that they would address my printer situation and they never did. They just kept giving me the run around. I provided everything I could provide. I even was willing to provide the cleaning company who cleaned the apartment after the move and found the printer. No the cleaning company couldn’t deliver the printer to me and I wasn’t able to get the printer as I was ill during the entire moving process. I talked to the owner of the moving company, the general manager, and one other person. They wanted a receipt for a printer that was over 5 years old. Something I did not have but because I had a ink contract with HP I was able to provide them with all details regarding the make and model of the printer. That wasn’t good enough. Basically they didn’t want to make things right with me in my opinion. I’m happy for anyone who had success with this company but that wasn’t my experience. I’m now having to find the money to replace a printer that was in great condition because of this company. When I eventually sell my one year old bed I will have to reduce the price because of the damage that was done during the move.
