Terrible Bank, I had to go in to see if I could exchange some smaller bills for larger bills. The bank was run by 16 year olds blasting terrible music. ( I didn't know 16 year olds could be tellers) They asked me if I was a customer, I let them know I was not and they said they couldn't help me then. Bad experience

So much to say about this bank. I recently went with my mom to close our accounts. I finished my shopping and we stopped by on the way back. Three employees where standing in front, a supervisor and two new employees. As I approached one of the new employees she just stood there and looked at me. She didn’t say a word. No hello, how can I help you?? The sad this is they just stood there even the supervisor. We are talking about a 2 foot space between the 3 of them. When we went to close our accounts they tried to give us $7 for both accounts. Mind you we were at that same bank talking with (Desiree) the manager. We were told we needed to have at least 12 in my account so I won’t have any extra charges. She also said that there would be no problem when we came back to get everything we put into the accounts. Now what I find strange and dangerous it that NOBODY asked to see ANY form of identification. When we asked for the documents, something anything in writing they claimed we don’t do that. Very rude and unprofessional business EVER. And when I talked about the new girl that just stared at me the supervisor (Romelix) tried to make an excuse saying she’s new! This is a business if she can’t have customer service she is in the wrong place. I don’t care where you go it’s just polite to say hello. And her being new is not an excuse. I will say only ONE person in that bank understood our frustration on he we had been treated. Before I get off of here (Desiree) had a customer right next to where we were standing. She inserted her self into the conversation and when I replied back she had the audacity to tell me to wait so she could finish with that customer. I said” NO you wanted to put yourself into this so keep talking “ we were in that scam of a bank for at least 1-2 hr. After demanding paperwork which I could’ve printed out they had no choice to admit that they owed us money. PLEASE NEVER use this bank *I would rate it a ZERO if I could

Margarett , Jessica and Raven were so helpful ! Best customer service I have experienced from a bank. Definitely prompt them!
