Extremely friendly and helpful. We moved our accounts here from an unnamed "too big to fail" bank (Chase) after finding that big banks have no commitment to the community ( or their customers). We could not be more pleased with the personalized service provided. If you live in the area, support your local businesses, and this bank/branch in particular.
