I needed a few extra panels on our older array, so not a big customer. They treat everyone like super well! Drew worked up what I needed, I changed my mind on config a few times and he rolled with the punches. Picked up a week later, order was boxed and ready to go. Super friendly place, great service. If I needed anything renewable they would be my first call!

Had delivery here,not fastest ppl. They load their trucks first so be ready to wait. Restroom inside,overnight between docks.

It is a place that takes a long time to download. The space is somewhat limited. I recommend being patient and bringing a lunch for the wait... you can sleep on the street, no problem there.

Rod was our delivery tech today at our house. He is so friendly and courteous. Very professional. He arrived ahead of schedule and had everything unloaded as we requested very quickly! Great guy! That one def deserves a raise...you can really see how hard he works! We are very excited for this new project!

This is my first online complaint. I believe that the staff are good people, but the management here is problematic. I delivered the goods there. One truck in front of me, the truck was waiting for unloading. I asked if the next one was me. They said I was the next one. Then they told me to wait on the side of the road, and then another truck came inthe yard, I stepped up and told him that I was the next one, and then went in again and asked the staff if it was me next. The answer was that the next one was me. They were unloading another truck after I parked in the unloading area. I approached the manager to complain, but they still unloaded the person who came behind me first.

After a small mixup, Abel (I think was his nane) went the extra mile and delivered the replacement part for me at the end of the day on a Friday. Will definitely be using this supplier again.

Called every solar company in Austin and CED Greentech was the ONLY solar company willing to help me out as an engineer who is designing my own solar panel system. All others wanted to sell me an entire kit including installation or wouldn't give me the time of day. Also CED Greentech is a distributor of Mission Solar panels which are made right here in Texas!! Please support CED and Mission Solar, wonderful businesses not purely focused on just the money. They are in the business of helping people 1st!
