On most days Griffin Motors is friendly, and definitely worked with me when I needed it. My purchased vehicle was extremely reliable and had low mileage. It was a great little Kia! So, I give Griffin Motors a five-star based on my experience with them.

Was told directly by the owner that they don’t care about selling a messed up truck to someone. And said that we make decisions in life we have to live with. I’m not having to figure out how to fix everything out of pocket while stuck in a payment please avoid this place at all cost!

Place sucks got a car and messed up couple days after getting it out highly do not recommend going here and they made me drive the car knowing it was dangerous but they insisted I do it anyways

My car overheated on the highway today, and I only had a mile or two before I had to pull over. I saw Griffin Motors on my left and pulled in, and explained my situation to the owner. I was in panic mode. He did not have to help me but he did, and did not ask for anything in return. And when I offered he did not care to take anything, he just wanted to get me on my way. Wow. One of his staff, Johnny, towed me to Performance Auto in Lockhart. Johnny, enjoy the lobster dinners headed your way from me, you are the man! I'm thankful to Griffin Motors.

My significant other purchased a R.V. from this place an they took advantage of her, now I'm reporting them to the better business bureau as we speak. They are Crooks,and they lied to her about replacing the roofing and flooring. Their are leaks everywhere in this R.V. we gave them an opportunity to make it right and they refused so to Court we go since y'all think y'all can take advantage of people.

This place is the worst place to get a car from, I’ve given them three chances to make things right after my Kia soul engine blew out!But honestly this place does not maintenance these cars before selling them!!!I went back to get another car, and put more money down for my car to have issues , I’ve tried to take it back to get it fixed and it’s was “oh why don’t you have a ride to pick you up” I didn’t know dealerships have a policy that say you can’t wait in the office waiting room while your car was getting fixed!They don’t have a mechanic Saturdays and only the weekdays have one to fix cars but when it’s your only car to get to work and get your kids to places it’s hard to just leave your car for days to be fixed!Like I said I’ve given them chances to make things right but it is just messed up car after another! Plus they are really rude and talk bad about you amongst each other, & forget to put their phones on mute before transferring calls and I heard every bit of the conversation!If you need a reliable car , go somewhere else!

We went there Tuesday and was told the Rv was 25000.00 Took the filled out application to them Wednesday.Thursday afternoon got a phone call and was told we was approved but the price is 27000.00. Since it isn't worth 25000.00 to begin with I told them no thanks.

OH BOY OH WERE TO BEGIN WITH THIS POS LOT, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE, WE BROUGHT A RV FROM THEM OR SO SHALL I SAY ATTEMPTED TO BUY AN RV FROM THIS PLACE WHICH WE PUT 2600 DOWN ON AND WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO STAY ONE NIGHT IN IT COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THE AC WASNT WORKING RIGHT, THEY GAVE A 90 DAY WARRANTY WHICH THEY DO NOT STAND BY WHAT SO EVER THEN WHEN YOU GO AND TRY TALKING TO THEM ABOUT IT THEY WANT TO TAKE 140.00 OFF YOUR PAYMENT AS IF OUR LIVES ARE ONLY WORTH 140.00 WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY, THEN WE LEAVE FOR A WEEKEND BECAUSE I HAD TO SEND MY CHILD TO STAY WITH MY SISTER BECAUSE THE AC DONT WOTK AND IT GOT 104 INSIDE THE RV WHICH I WILL NOT DO THAT TO MY CHILD AND WHEN WE GOT HOME HIS HAMPSTER WAS DEAD NO REGAURD TO LIFE DO THEY HAVE NOR DO THEY GIVE TWO CARES, MIND YOU THE AC WASNT THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH THIS RV THE FLOORS WERE WEAK AND HAD HOLES IN THEM AS WELL AS THE TOILET WAS BROKEN AND THE OVEN DIDNT WORK AND THE LIST GOES ON AND THE SLIDES DIDNT WORK RIGHT.PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IN BUYING ANYTHING CAR OR RV, ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL.... SOMETHING REALLY BAD IS GONNA HAPPEN TO SOMEONE WITH THE PRACTICE OF THIS BUSSINESS AND THEN THEY WILL BE OUTTA BUSSES WICH IS MY STANDING PRAYER. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ON THE HIGEST LEVEL!!!!
