Called 5 min ago asking about why on the HEB app it says I have refills available on a medication and why the pharmacy wouldn’t refill it (I simply did not know any of the policies on that) I believe I spoke with a woman named Amanda. She was INCREDIBLY condescending. These pharmacists need to understand the types of people they are dealing with. I understand it can be stressful but many of us have mental health concerns and I am literally on antipsychotics and mood stabilizers and if she caught me on the wrong day I could’ve said or done something crazy. DO NOT play with me about my medication. I nor anybody deserves to be talked to in such a disrespectful and condescending tone. Seriously though. She took it low and I wanted to take it straight to hell. I’m more dangerous without my medication than I am when I have access to them. I hope you go through some type of sympathy training because this woman clearly lacks it.

Extremely rude and terrible customer service. Amanda is very unprofessional and does not speak kindly to customers. The whole staff seems beyond miserable.

After having a drive thru issue of loud woman supposedly employee at drive which was not courteous, didn't go in order and probably violated hippa laws by being loud when she should have asked for drivers license if she couldn't hear or spell
7/21/25, between 11:30 to 12:30.
I would have dealt with that except this pill is no good. Looks fake like a placebo white, round, only marking is 1 and a cut line on the other side. Fakes looking pill and it HAS BEEN OVER 1.5 HRS AND HASNT WORKED.
ARE EMPLOYEES STEALING REAL PILLS AND SELLING FAKES? I TRIED LOOKONG UP THOS MED AND CPULD NOT FIND A MATCHING PIC. If by chance it is real, what horrible company would sell something a parent could not identity? I still dint think it is real and if it is you need another manufacturer. Worst med, Tylenol pm is stronger than this anxiety med.

This pharmacy continues to get worse and worse. Constantly always busy but only two people working the front desks. Stood in line for over 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t blame the workers. They are busting the humps and are always friendly. This is HEBs fault. Hire more workers. Switching all my prescriptions to Costco.

I usually get my prescriptions at h-e-b kyle, but because of the construction, i tried this one. I didn’t even have to go there in person to realize this place sucks. I called to see if my prescription was ready, but the lady on the phone said there was a problem with my insurance. I was a little confused and asked some questions that I thought she would help me with. She just kept saying that she didn’t know, which i appreciate her for being patient for like 2 minutes. until she hung up on me 🙄 Hanging up on a customer is insane to me, especially cause i was just confused on certain things. Based on the other reviews, i’m guessing this is normal, so please choose heb kyle rather than buda.

Staff at HEB Pharmacy are so helpful, friendly and try to be as fast as they can. The drive up window is very good but the lanes are too short so it blocks traffic through the parking lot and some times on Loop 4.

Got there two minutes after close for my antidepressant. It was filled, but they refused to let me pick it up. I was honest and asked if they could do so anyway, as it’s hard to leave the house without it;so harder to pick it up. Still was told no. Save your time, and money, and spend it somewhere other than this dumpster fire. I used to be a pharmacy tech and would NEVER deny somebody what they need over a two minute difference. Ya’ll need to get it together.

After trying many pharmacies, I finally settled on HEB in Buda. Although not always perfect, the staff has always gone above and beyond to provide outstanding patient service.Recently, I met a very helpful young lady named Anicia. She helped me find items that I needed for an injury. She really took care of me ,and then . She asked my name because she wanted to be familiar with all the "regulars".That's the type of personal service missing so often these days.Not at the pharmacy at HEB IN BUDA.They will always have my business.Frank Callahan

I value this pharmacy for promptly fulfilling same-day medication orders amidst their busyness. Despite queues, both in-store and at the drive-thru, the staff consistently provides respectful and friendly service. I have no reservations and plan to remain a loyal customer.
