I just went to take two pairs of pants as soon as i entered the door an employe rolled his eyes at me and I said good afternoon and he said name and number with a very rude attitude I decided to get out of the store and asked for his name and he said juan i said juan what and he said juan ina million and started laghing ive been a client for lots of years and do not plan coming back since he did not give me his name I took a picture of him.

Didn't even get my dry cleaning done here so if you you're looking for a review about quality of dry cleaning I can't say. I walked in there with 4 articles of clothing (2 work shirts and 2 pants) and was told it was going to be more than $40. I was then told I would find NOTHING cheaper "because this is Austin". I found a cheaper spot in less than 5 min.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I started using them … never on time and always late. Dropped the cleaners at 7:20 am and almost 3 full days no cleaners back . I guess it’s time to find a new cleaners

Customer service, nor politeness, is in the job description here. It is a very convenient location, and when you get your clothes, they are cleaned sufficiently.

Been using this location for years and never had a problem. Clothes are usually ready after 6pm the following day, and the prices are comparable with any dry cleaner in Austin as far as I know. There's a handy drop-off drawer for regular customers who have their own labeled bag (pictured)

$$$$$$$$$$Stopped coming here a while back because of price. But I was going to be right there, and not close to Rick's Cleaners. So I sucked it up and left 7 shirts yo be laundered and starched. My fault for not asking how much before I left. $44.50 when I picked up. WOW. Rick's is about half that, and does just as good. Won't be back here. For the difference, I can drive to Rick's, and even using more fuel, it is still less expensive.

Had alteration done on a pair of pants, wore them and noticed they didn’t get one of the hems secured to the pants and it’s only secured by a couple of stitches. I took them back and was told they would charge me again since I didn’t look them over at the store when I picked them up. The girl wouldn’t even look at them to see how obvious it was a workmanship issue.Service: Alterations

A blouse with a square neckline was pressed incorrectly. They pressed it with the lining sticking up instead of down so it was showing. I took it back in and asked if they could repress it. The staff said they would have to charge me a second time...even tho it was their mistake. I Will Not be returning!Ridiculous when they made a mistake. What a waste of high dollar gas and time.
