This is by far the worst place I've ever dealt with. My car was getting "warranty work" done for 2 weeks and when I got it back with he same problems the manager had the audacity to hang up on me. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. I would only suggest NEVER dealing with this place.

EVERYONE DON’T COME HERE, They don’t really fix your car. You will end up paying for it. They do not help with payments or give you time to make payments before cutting your car shut down engine off in 2 days due is what you get and if u can make a partial payment then you get 7 days, no real help what so ever. So This car company is a rip off. My impala car payment is $692 a month but I pay it in biweekly payments of $346. But this ripoff company wants me to pay even if I'm paid three times a month which gives them a $692 car payment. I tried to explain to them that my car note is $400 regardless of how many times I get paid a month but I guess you have to have some sense of intelligence to understand the difference between $400 and $600 and my warranty engine and transmission of 12 months/12,000 miles really means that I pay for labor and parts is not make sense when the transmission was leaking that I was give up.. I decided to take the impala car away back return to dealership.. I don’t trust the small dealership is a rip off and they are dirty business money… The Real dealership CHEVY is the best than a small dealership Kyle Chapman Motors-Buda and Dynamic Motors is a rip off….

Edited: These guys were great hands down getting me into a car and really worked with me. After getting the car it started having problems. Brought it in to get fixed. Picked it up and it stalled out on me on a major highway in front of a big truck. Not only that, I understand that everyone has to eat but it’s gross to eat in the car your working on and then leave your trash under the hood. After it stalled, I got back going after a few more stalls and made it home. Being a real sick person at the time I needed a reliable car. Couldn’t drive this one and was told someone would come tow it in. That didn’t happen on the day it was supposed to, so I had to miss more days of going to work to check in because I was on leave. Finally the car got picked up and if I hadn’t spoke up, I would of had to pay a towing fee that I was told I didn’t have to pay. On top of that the temp car that I was supposed to get was then delayed until after they figured out what’s wrong with the car. This was taking way too long leaving me without a car for weeks. Very disappointed.
Previous Review: Haven’t needed to buy a car in a very long time. At Kyle Chapman I was able to get most of everything done before I got there. When I did go to buy my car the only thing I needed to do was pick one, pay, and sign papers. I was in and out really quick. Everyone there was really friendly to me and my children. I would definitely be a repeat customer and refer someone to buy from them. The vehicle I purchased was in great condition and had low mileage. Very happy with my purchase. ??

NO NO NO DONT TRUST THIS CAR LOT!! NONE OF THEM..AIRPORT, BUDA AND SAN MARCOS. Had my car already going on 2 yrs and problems since day one since I needed my car I dealt with it but ALL THESE CARS ARE LEMON CARS!! IT WILL LEAVE YOUR KIDS AND YOU STUCK. TRUST THE REVIEWS FIRST

UPDATE: This is the first time I am changing my review. To pick up where I left off, we picked up the vehicle and 4 days later the check engine light came back on. We pulled the code and it said the catalytic converter was the issue. We contacted them and they said it’s not covered under the warranty and that we would have to pay out of pocket. There was clearly an issue with the vehicle before we purchased it. I understand that buying a new used vehicle has its risks but at least be honest about the vehicle instead of clearing the codes and selling it before they come back on. We have had the vehicle for less than 30 days and it only worked properly for 24 hours. Looking into lemon laws now to see if this qualifies.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: My daughter and her girlfriend purchased a vehicle Friday and by Saturday it started running funny and a check engine light came on. We contacted the service department and they were able to tow the vehicle from North Austin to Buda and have it repaired in a couple of days.

The 5 stars are specifically for Brenda at the Buda location. She is 100% an asset for this company. Brenda literally worked with me personally one on one with my issues. She is a beautiful person, she is genuine, sincere, and understanding, and empathetic. If this dealership had more people like Brenda their customer ratings would be through the roof and would definitely have more return customers. Brenda is honestly why I'm still a customer. I will say that the vehicle that I purchased is running at 100% and the people in the service department are pleasant and willing to work with you as well if needed. ❣️??

Do NOT get cars from this place. I’ve had my car for almost a year next month and for the past 2 months my boyfriend and i have been harassed about $65 that we “owe” them but was never mentioned to us. The people that answer the phones, Brenda and Priscilla needs NEW jobs. I got an extension on my payment due on the 20th and it needed to be paid by the 27th fast forward to last night they CUT my car off and Brenda tried to blame it on the weather, lady it froze a few days ago and my car never failed to start but once you did something on YOUR end my car all of a sudden started. My “spare” tire does not even for my car, so they put whatever tire in just to sell the car. This place is NOT worth your money and talking to those miserable people in there are NOT worth your time. My biggest mistake going to these people but I will not make that mistake again. I made sure people knew how these people are, go somewhere else!!

BEWARE!!!Had to sign up for Yelp and write a separate bad review for a separate instance. Sold me a 2015 Jeep Patriot for $17,999. (124000 mi, average condition, stained interior, few scratches) Broke down within a month (fuel injectors, alternator, brake pads) 18% interest. Tried to get it refinanced and got denied because of the value of the car. Turns out it's actually only worth around $6000. I feel like a slave to these greedy, miserable people. Can't wait for the day I have my title in-hand and never have to associate with the name Kyle Chapman again :(So much buyer's remorse. Lesson learned, but I still have to be a slave for the next 3 years.

This is the worst car lot in Austin Texas I wish I never got a car from them. they are liars and Delusional. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE LIARS, if you do you will regret it! these cars are definitely not worth your money go somewhere else to buy your car if you don't you will soon regret it such as I do. Again, these cars aren't worth your money!!!!
