“great laundry mat! it is a tad smaller then most but super clean and fairly priced newer looking machines. The inside is very welcoming and pretty, lots areas to fold clothes and carts to move them. Not sure if lady working owned the place or just manager but she was suuuuper helpful and nice, legit felt like i was going back to my moms place to get help with doing my laundry. overall great place that i’d recommend for sure”
“I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. “Kept going past this place and today finally decided to use it because the laundry place i normally go to was to packed this place is way nicer, cleaner, bigger, and cheaper the ac/heating seems to be broken onto heat so I suggest sitting outside or in your car until it’s fixed but other then that this place is great”

“I needed a dress cleaned and was in the area of this location. The young woman who took my order was very informative and friendly. The turn-around time was great-in fact, they had it ready much earlier than what they told me. The price was quite reasonable. I was also allowed to use a coupon that I found at the Jack Brown website. I plan to use this location for future cleaning.”
“I’ve been a customer of Reid’s cleaners for over a year. I dropped off a childhood jersey looooonnnnggg since forgotten about & discovered at the bottom of a bin. Clearly, you can SEE how amazing they took care of this garment!They did hold on to it a bit longer than usual, and I received a call from Travis (I believe). He explained the risks, the process of getting the aged stains out, and comforted me in stating he would only try the ends initially before tackling the entire shirt for concern of the green thread bleeding into the white. Remember this is easily 30+ year jersey!I whole heartedly recommend this location. I’ve always had good experiences, quick service dropping off & picking up, the staff has greeted me friendly, often with laughter.It’s off Brodie (slaughter) in the shopping center next to Randall’s. There are plenty of parking spaces. Easy to access as well, not tight parking spaces.”
“I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!”
“I am using for almost a year this place and I like it, is clean and machines works decently all good except the lady worker who always is with actitude, acting like she didn’t like her job, a diference to the other workers there who are very nice and friendly and solve problems, today ( Saturday jan 18 2025 5:30pm) I asked for help but her actitud makes me better remove my laundry by myself just because her. And yes I let her know she always acting like that sorry but is true.”

“Overall it was a good experience. I used this laundromat to wash my Ruggable washable rugs last summer. I went recently and they no longer allow rugs so I am now going to another laundromat. Hopefully this helps keep someone from driving over there like I did.”

“Been using this location for years and never had a problem. Clothes are usually ready after 6pm the following day, and the prices are comparable with any dry cleaner in Austin as far as I know. There's a handy drop-off drawer for regular customers who have their own labeled bag (pictured)”
