“I like this laundry facility. Clean, 24-hour operations, and extreme security on several levels. Machines that have always worked with several various dollar amounts. Layman terms, choices. Coin or token availability. Laundry is not my personal favorite chore, but I complete the laundry in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. I travel from a center point in Austin to Wells Branch Pkwy. It's true ?”
“Brought my pillow here to Gloria with a large week-old dip stain.
1 day later returned my pillow looking and feeling brand new.
I buy expensive pillows so it’s really nice to know I have the ability to do this! Will be bringing in my duvet and other pillows.”
“The man working there was SO helpful! I usually do my laundry at home but had to do a comforter and bedspread and needed a big washer and dryer. He gave me some helpful tips and was so nice! The place was spotless and I will definitely go there again when the need arises.”
“The staff was helpful and spoke English when I was there. The small washer is $5 and bigger is $6. The dryer is either $0.30 or $0.45 for every 5 minutes. Posting because I couldn’t find this info online. Easy to use and was clean when I was there around 1:30.”
“I love this location! I used to live in the area and always did laundry here and recently revisited and remembered how nice it is to do laundry (if such a thing exists lol). :)
They have wifi that works well, bathrooms, water fountains, it is always clean, and the staff is always very kind and good vibes all around (never had any issues with clothes being moved or concerns). The machines are all maintained well and have had no issues, plus there are a number of different size options that do an awesome job of cleaning and drying clothes efficiently.
I recommend this spot if you are in the area, there are bus lines that lead here as well if needed (like the 10) and there is a dollar tree next door that is a good place to kill time as well.”
“Our office receives great service. Same day turn around for what our office is having cleaned. Friendly staff and the laundry is returned and folded the way we requested. Could not ask for anything more. All is perfect!”

“Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.”
“This is the sharpest my husband’s suit has looked after going to the cleaners. They even took the time to press down the lapel! He has had this particular suit for years and they made it look new! We also took advantage of the Wednesday special! Thank you, South Austin cleaners for doing such a good job! We will definitely be back!”
“I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!”

“I’ve been a customer of Reid’s cleaners for over a year. I dropped off a childhood jersey looooonnnnggg since forgotten about & discovered at the bottom of a bin. Clearly, you can SEE how amazing they took care of this garment!They did hold on to it a bit longer than usual, and I received a call from Travis (I believe). He explained the risks, the process of getting the aged stains out, and comforted me in stating he would only try the ends initially before tackling the entire shirt for concern of the green thread bleeding into the white. Remember this is easily 30+ year jersey!I whole heartedly recommend this location. I’ve always had good experiences, quick service dropping off & picking up, the staff has greeted me friendly, often with laughter.It’s off Brodie (slaughter) in the shopping center next to Randall’s. There are plenty of parking spaces. Easy to access as well, not tight parking spaces.”

“Been using this location for years and never had a problem. Clothes are usually ready after 6pm the following day, and the prices are comparable with any dry cleaner in Austin as far as I know. There's a handy drop-off drawer for regular customers who have their own labeled bag (pictured)”
