“Great service, start to finish. Pickup and drop-off are always on time, communication is easy, and everything comes back clean and neatly folded. I’ve never had an issue with a missing item. Highly recommend.”
“I come here all the time and finally had to ask one of the lady’s name—Yvette!!!! So wonderful and always cordial. Sometimes the driers don’t give the adequate time you paid for, and Yvette without question, always trusts and makes sure that I’m situated.”
“Great Laundry mat a bit pricey and the Fans are not good for a person with Allergies. Overall I would recommend this laundry mat. I Will continue to come here when needed while waiting on my washer and dryer replacement to arrive.”
“This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to, and I have been to plenty… It’s a little bit more on the pricey side but at least you have an extremely clean washer and dryer and bathroom. They have TVs. They have game machines. They have a really nice place and I’m glad that I chose this one. I’m going here from now on.”
“My Hangers is hands down the best laundromat experience I have had in Austin. The facility is spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great selection of large-capacity machines that handle even the biggest loads with ease. The coinless payment system makes everything so much more convenient, and the friendly staff on site are always helpful and professional. I also love the wash and fold service which saves me so much time and my clothes always come back perfectly clean and neatly folded. This is a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every detail of how they run the place.”
“Kept going past this place and today finally decided to use it because the laundry place i normally go to was to packed this place is way nicer, cleaner, bigger, and cheaper the ac/heating seems to be broken onto heat so I suggest sitting outside or in your car until it’s fixed but other then that this place is great”
“I had a piece that was so bad I wasn't sure it could be saved, but they did it! It looks brand new! I am so pleased with their services and the staff were all extremely friendly!”

“Reliable, friendly and our whites have never looked better!
We've been using Reid's Cleaners for years and they have never let us down. Our whites always come back bright and clean, the starch is always just right, and the staff are consistently friendly and competent. Reid's is everything you want from a local dry cleaner – trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. After a nightmare experience with another cleaner in the area, finding Reid's was an absolute blessing. We recommend them to everyone in the Dripping Springs area!”

“I needed a dress cleaned and was in the area of this location. The young woman who took my order was very informative and friendly. The turn-around time was great-in fact, they had it ready much earlier than what they told me. The price was quite reasonable. I was also allowed to use a coupon that I found at the Jack Brown website. I plan to use this location for future cleaning.”

“I came into Spin Zone off William Cannon on the Jul 7th ,just after the holiday weekend. Within five minutes of being there, I lost my cell phorne - I was about to panic. Fortuately, a wonderful employee named Linda helped me find it Linda was absolutely professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me out. When lI tried to give her a tip,,she declined and simply asked me to pass it on The facility was super clean well-maintained. I want to give A special THANK YOU to Linda and to the wonderful folks at SpinZone for restoring my faith in good customer service Highly recommend 5 ? ? ? ? ?”
“I’ve been a customer of Reid’s cleaners for over a year. I dropped off a childhood jersey looooonnnnggg since forgotten about & discovered at the bottom of a bin. Clearly, you can SEE how amazing they took care of this garment! They did hold on to it a bit longer than usual, and I received a call from Travis (I believe). He explained the risks, the process of getting the aged stains out, and comforted me in stating he would only try the ends initially before tackling the entire shirt for concern of the green thread bleeding into the white. Remember this is easily 30+ year jersey!I whole heartedly recommend this location. I’ve always had good experiences, quick service dropping off & picking up, the staff has greeted me friendly, often with laughter. It’s off Brodie (slaughter) in the shopping center next to Randall’s. There are plenty of parking spaces. Easy to access as well, not tight parking spaces.”
“Super convenient off 35 in Onion Creek, dropped laundry Monday, Ready Tuesday and received a text! Sweet! Picked up Wednesday and customer service was excellent. Very happy - thank you”

“I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!”

“Staff was very helpful and kind. Location has plenty of seating to wait and a gas station with seating next door for food while you wait or an ATM if needed. Cards accepted too (although I had trouble with my Discover card). Simply went to the ATM next door and was able to do my laundry with ease. Brought my own detergent so unsure if they offer it but they do have a wash and fold service which is a nice option”
“Exceptional dry cleaning service with excellent results. My garments were cleaned thoroughly and returned looking fresh, spotless, and perfectly pressed. The staff were professional, courteous, and very reliable.”

“Been using this location for years and never had a problem. Clothes are usually ready after 6pm the following day, and the prices are comparable with any dry cleaner in Austin as far as I know. There's a handy drop-off drawer for regular customers who have their own labeled bag (pictured)”
