“Wash Day Laundry is an absolute gem when it comes to laundromats! They have a new, loyal customer. I can't say enough good things about this place.First and foremost, the facility, although older, is very clean and well-maintained. You can immediately tell that they take pride in providing a clean environment for their customers. The well maintained machines make doing laundry a breeze.The customer service at Wash Day Laundry is beyond exceptional. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. One of the things I appreciate the most is the flexibility in payment options. You can use cash or card - they will manage machine times for you (Which is a fantastic offering for those of us that don't carry cash around and forgot to stop at the ATM on our way to the laundry mat!).The dryers at Wash Day Laundry are a game-changer. They work like a charm and get your clothes perfectly dry in no time. I was pleasantly surprised that even very large loads only took 30 minutes to dry. That's a massive time-saver, especially when you have a busy schedule.Wash Day Laundry has made my laundry days so much more enjoyable and efficient. If you're looking for a clean, customer-oriented laundromat with easy-to-use machines and fast-drying dryers, this is the place to go.”

“Lots of machine size choices and they look new-ish. Reasonably priced. There is an option to install an app or use quarters (yay, I hate it when I have to buy a card), The machines that don't accept the app are pretty clearly marked. Two dryer sizes. Clean restroom. It is hot inside though, thought it might be me but spotted the thermostat at 82, oy”
“I am very impressed with the cleanliness of this laundry facility as it seems to be the home of a full scale pick up and drop off laundry operation in addition to being a facility where you can come in and either drop your laundry off or simply stay put and do it yourself. From what I can tell most of the machines are all operational and they are very efficient in getting your stuff cleaned in a timely manner. The staff was equally as helpful as well as their drop off service is very much reasonably priced and if not cheaper than some of the rates I’ve seen around Austin. They definitely have my business going forward and kudos for the staff for keeping this facility as clean as it is!”

“This place got a revamp since the last time I was here in the beginning of October. Everything looks cleaner. They gave it a fresh coat of paint on the walls and got rid of the vending machines that weren’t even working . A lot of the machines are now touchscreen, and while the dryers a few of them are down, I didn’t have to wait, and I arrived on a Thursday after work.”

“Good, efficient service, good automated messaging. I had an issue when I brought in a piece with a large amount of cat hair, and the cat hair was removed, but there was still lint on the dress. This is something I could solve at home with a lint roller or by picking the lint off from around the dress with my fingers, but if I pay $23 to have an item cleaned, I want to know we can hang it up in our closet and not worry about it until the next event.Initial response at desk was to allow me to leave the article and pay again for it to be cleaned. I asked to leave a complaint and the manager came out and offered to get the lint off quickly without further charge, which he did.I’m happy with the service and will come back.”

“I’ve been a customer of Reid’s cleaners for over a year. I dropped off a childhood jersey looooonnnnggg since forgotten about & discovered at the bottom of a bin. Clearly, you can SEE how amazing they took care of this garment!They did hold on to it a bit longer than usual, and I received a call from Travis (I believe). He explained the risks, the process of getting the aged stains out, and comforted me in stating he would only try the ends initially before tackling the entire shirt for concern of the green thread bleeding into the white. Remember this is easily 30+ year jersey!I whole heartedly recommend this location. I’ve always had good experiences, quick service dropping off & picking up, the staff has greeted me friendly, often with laughter.It’s off Brodie (slaughter) in the shopping center next to Randall’s. There are plenty of parking spaces. Easy to access as well, not tight parking spaces.”

“I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!”
“They did a beautiful job on some dresses and a silk blouse. We love them for my hubby's dress shirts, but they really shine with more difficult and delicate items.”

“Been using this location for years and never had a problem. Clothes are usually ready after 6pm the following day, and the prices are comparable with any dry cleaner in Austin as far as I know. There's a handy drop-off drawer for regular customers who have their own labeled bag (pictured)”
