I chose the online troka since I had approved credit from my bank. (No down payment and no trade in) The dealer told me that everything was ready that I should just go with the insurance to bring me the truck. It turns out that according to my bank I did not qualify, they insisted me to check with Ford Credit. It turns out that I did not qualify and 9 different companies checked my credit without my authorization. Friday all day with them and with my bank on the phone and Saturday with the insurance and with them so that in the end they said no because I didn't have a down payment. (If I'm going to pay them, they're not going to give it to me)

Highly disappointed. Drove from New Braunfels to look at a truck, ready to buy. Got there, looked at the truck on the lot, went in to talk to the salesman and were told that they couldn't sell us the truck because they had decided to send it to auction instead. Still on the lot, still listed on sales sites, but would rather send to auction rather than selling to a customer who already had approved financing just to make less sending the truck to auction. Of course, they then wanted to try to sell us a truck on the lot that was double the price. Typical. Expected more from Leif Johnson.

Do not buy a vehicle here! Got a vehicle about a year ago and paid for the premium car care package and within two weeks the engine was having issues. Went back to get it repaired and they told me I only had basic coverage for repairs. Showed them previous paper work from my end and apparently it hadnt been filed on their side. Now im going to them for more maintenance and they are telling me I dont have the premium coverage again! Awful place that only cares about how much money they can drain from you.

Miserable experience. I purchased 3 cars from them over the years. But this last experience will keep me from ever going back.Management and Eddie Haddad do not do what they say they will do on a vehicle purchase. I asked for certain features and equipment on my new F-150 truck, and Eddie said no problem. The truck came in and the tiedowns were not installed, and they refuse to take care of it. They did some other things like this on my last truck purchase.I will be buying my wife's new vehicle at another dealership. Called two other dealerships and they had heard of issues like this from LJF Buda and they said they would take care of us.I emailed Eddie about the issue and after I emailed a reply, he marked my email as SPAM, then lied about it when he called me later, what customer oriented dealership would do that?

Went in to look at a car, was very unsure of getting a good deal staff was very friendly offered me water and other amenities very professional got me approved with a very low APR% and I have fair credit. Will be buying my vehicles from this lot in the future.

After weeks of searching, I finally found the truck I was looking for after a single visit to the SuperStore. Dave Higgs, the salesman, really knows his trucks. Dave was laid back and easy to work with, patiently answering my questions and addressing any concerns. The staff was equally friendly and efficient and soon had me happily on my way. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I am satisfied that I got a fair deal.
