I rented a climate controlled storage unit to keep my deer mounts and other belongings safe and protected. I went to check in on the unit and found that my mounts were destroyed by mice/rats. When I approached management about the issue, the response was futile. I asked what would be done to remedy the situation and was told there was nothing they could do other than refund me for one month's rent. The manager told me that she knew of the problem and reported it to corporate but minimal efforts were made to correct. Now I have priceless ruined mounts and a completely ruined chair that was full of rodent droppings that had to be thrown away. If you care about your belongings and don't want them destroyed, I would find another place to store your belongings.

I’ve used this storage facility for the past six months and have had a great experience. The unit is easy to access, the property always felt secure, and the customer service was excellent. The manager was consistently helpful, responsive, and willing to lend a hand whenever I needed something. Really appreciated how available and attentive she was.

Vickie, the on site manager at Extra Space storage was so helpful. She gave me some really useful information about storage facilities general. Anyone who wants great help during their storage search should contact Vickie. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

My experience renting a unit at Extra Space Storage in Buda was fast, easy, and pleasant thanks to storage manager Vickie. She answered my questions and got me set up and into a unit quickly. She’s very sweet and helpful unlike some other places I’ve been to!
