Dont go when its busy. You'll stand in line 30 mins while they help the same 2 people. I left after 10 mins of that today. Horrible, wont be back.

This location and the AutoZone next-door, both conveniently state their oil recycling bin is full. On multiple visits I’ve noticed this behavior. It seems odd. They’re both full at the same time.
Their signage probably shouldn’t indicate oil recycling if it’s common to have a handwritten sign stating that it’s full.

Very rude associate playing on his phone. Did not want to assist me, the other associate was worried about the phone, not the patron in the store. Very very poor service.

This location can sometimes be a hit and miss with customer service but the experience that Guadalupe provided was outstanding. She definitely went above and beyond trying to get a solution for my need and exhausted her resources to find a solution for me. Thank you Guadalupe

I believe his name was Victor who helped us two days ago when I stopped by to have my battery tested to ensure it was bad or not. I expressed concern that the car might not start if I turn it off to test it but he assured me he would get it to crank if that happened. It didn't crank and it took 3 different methods of jumping my car to get it to crank, but Victor helped immensely. He was very kind and in-between helping me and other customers, in-all spent about 30 minutes with me trying to get the car to crank. He was very informative too and friendly and it would be amazing if there were more helpful and above all -kind- people like him in the world. Thanks so much!!!
