AAA didn’t have batteries in stock after confirming I needed a new one. It was going to take a day or two to get one. I called this O’Reilly’s and confirmed they had some in stock and less than an hour later I drove away with a new battery installed. Very good, friendly service.

I brought a used brake caliper in to get credit for the new one I bought, but it had sat in my car for so long that the receipt was faded into nothing. The gentleman at the front (I neglected to get his name) went above and beyond to help me by looking up the part number and used all the tools in his arsenal to help me get my \\u003c$40 credit back. I was ready to just say \\\"don't worry about it\\\", but he persisted and actually figured it out! 100 star review!!!

I'll always be a little bit leery when my significant other goes into an auto parts store by herself when - and she would be the first one to tell you this - her knowledge on anything mechanical is limited at best. That being said, it was a pleasant surprise when my partner was able to walk into this O'Reillys location right next to her work and have the gentlemen help her out with diagnosing the codes on her Prius free of charge. They didn't try to upsell her anything she didn't need and they respected her decision when she told them she would have to return the next day to make any purchases, as she'd have to ruminate on her decisions. Well, fast forward 18 hours and I just drove half an hour out of my way to this oreillys myself to purchase the spark plugs she learned are going bad. I figured it's only fair considering the elite service we received yesterday.So thanks, Oreillys Buda.. Thanks for not taking advantage of the naïveté of my partner.. Y'all are solid!!
