“Arrived a few minutes before 10:00 a.m. and AARON was opening the shop. 1st man was helped promptly then I. Needed FedEx International envelope for important documents to get overseas. AARON was knowledgeable and extremely polite.My hearing isn't the greatest and he took extra time with me. He was very patient as polite! The small shop is very tidy and set out nicely. Oh, yes very convenient as just inside Walmart, to the right side.Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and helped get the best price with signature upon arrival.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO AARON! We were pretty tight on a wedding deadline for materials and I'd even done some of my file exports incorrectly for the precision-cutting we needed (wedding signage, etc), but they helped me fix everything onsite, and even had things ready a day earlier than expected. “I came here yesterday to fax something because 1992 called. I frequent this location out of convenience to return things to Amazon. I just wanted to say that every single person who works at this location has been kind and helpful. Yes, it is mostly a bunch of youngins but they were raised properly because there wasn’t a genz state in sight. “I came in with a rather difficult order that other people have not previously been able to help me with Michael H was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”
“Just went to this location to print and ship some letters. It was my first time using FedEx printing and they were so wonderful. Every employee was helpful without being asked. They helped me through the whole process and as I was there I heard them greet every customer and help them with whatever they needed. Highly recommend this team!”
