I stopped by their office to check out some color options, and they got me hooked up with a nice matte white to compliment my deep green wrap.
I did a last minute change to a more bold design and they accommodated me and did a great job.
They even had my vehicles measurements and knew the exact dimensions for the logos.

“Our company first worked with ProGraphix for an event in Austin, Texas. I had such a great experience with their customer service, delivery of items, and quality. As an event coordinator, I’ve worked with a few graphics companies, and I found ProGraphix to be amazing. So, I reached out to them again for our New York event and WOW, did they exceed everything for me!
Their decal was easy to apply but, most importantly, easy to remove, which is so crucial when working with venues. I also loved their timeliness. They truly take care of all their customers with a personal touch. I even told Shelbie, the coordinator I was in communication with for our decal needs: “ProGraphix will always be my go-to for logo needs.” It’s a no-brainer when I want to know that everything will come out well.

“I was extremely impressed with the quality and turnaround of a couple signs I ordered! All I did was send a jpeg of the images I wanted printed on foam board along with the dimensions and they came out perfectly! I’ve gotten foam board prints done before from Vista Print and the color was way off both times. Huge relief these came out exactly how they were supposed to look! Both Travis and Tracy were super friendly in helping with my order. I will for sure be using them again in the future! The pics shown of the signs were taken after our event so they were a little banged up.”
“I had a complicated printing and shipping order at this UPS Store, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, the way the team handled everything truly impressed me.
The associate who originally helped me was incredibly friendly, positive, and eager to help with a very detailed order. I later realized she was new and this was likely her first complicated project of this kind. Unfortunately, some details were missed during a shift change, and when I returned Friday evening my order was incomplete and a bit disorganized.
What stood out to me was how the team stepped up from there. Shannon, Oscar, and Aedon were all extremely patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Oscar immediately understood the tight timeline I was working under, Shannon worked hard over the weekend to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time, and Aedon continued to provide excellent customer service when I returned Sunday to finalize shipping.
It was honestly refreshing to see a neighborhood UPS Store willing to take on the pressure with me instead of passing the problem along. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is how a business responds — and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you all again!”

To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods.
