“After dealing with terrible customer service and not even being acknowledged at the new Kyle FedEx, I decided to drive the extra distance to the FedEx inside the Buda Walmart. It was absolutely worth the trip. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and assured they would be right with me. Melissa welcomed me with a smile while training Devin. Devin was incredibly polite, smiled, and asked how he could help. He handled my packages quickly and efficiently, and both he and Melissa made sure every detail of my shipment was perfect. It is so refreshing to experience a team that actually understands how to be customer-facing. I will happily drive the extra miles to this location from now on to avoid the rude service elsewhere. Thank you, Melissa and Devin, for your wonderful help and great customer acumen!”

“EZSHIP has pretty much become our de facto business for any and all shipping. I recently had to return an item via UPS, went in middle of the day and Freddy was helping me. For context: I normally budget 20-30min for dealing with shipping anything due to lines, slow process, etc... Freddy was able to help me out and get me out of there in about 2min total. He was friendly, efficient, and made it a very seamless process. With the holidays coming up, this will be the only spot I'll be shipping gifts from.”

“Comprehensive review: My church has a large campaign we’re working toward and we needed some custom timeline pieces (a lot). Not only did these guys come through on the speed of the prints but we had a little mishap and one of the installers came on site and fixed it up for us within the hour. I can’t express our gratitude enough to these guys for helping us reach our goals on time. The print quality is exceptional! The service is great! Don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys. They will def take care of you!”

“Needed a quick turn around on some logo decals for my truck, and Randy and Austin took great care of me! I stopped by their office to check out some color options, and they got me hooked up with a nice matte white to compliment my deep green wrap. I did a last minute change to a more bold design and they accommodated me and did a great job. They even had my vehicles measurements and knew the exact dimensions for the logos. Thank you Randy and Austin!”

“Alright well, I love this place. Every time I have needed something (almost always rushed haha) they have taken care of me AND they’re always the most affordable. I have to get architectural plans and engineering plans printed constantly and I’ve never had a bad experience. The owner Travis is the goat.”

“Our company first worked with ProGraphix for an event in Austin, Texas. I had such a great experience with their customer service, delivery of items, and quality. As an event coordinator, I’ve worked with a few graphics companies, and I found ProGraphix to be amazing. So, I reached out to them again for our New York event and WOW, did they exceed everything for me! Their decal was easy to apply but, most importantly, easy to remove, which is so crucial when working with venues. I also loved their timeliness. They truly take care of all their customers with a personal touch. I even told Shelbie, the coordinator I was in communication with for our decal needs: “ProGraphix will always be my go-to for logo needs.” It’s a no-brainer when I want to know that everything will come out well. That type of peace of mind is priceless and GOLD! THANK YOU!”

There is NO DOUBT we will use them for all of our ongoing and future needs for professional, very cost-effective signage work.”

“Ernesto is the man. He helped me ship out 20 boxes for an event in literally 30 minutes. He was kind, patient and moved super quickly. The rest of the store employees also worked at a super fast pace to stop the line from getting backed up while I had to deal with this giant shipment. This UPS store is the best.”

I can only say nothing but good things. Definitely took a weight off my shoulders with all things wedding planning knowing Thomas Printworks had my back for all things printing. “I love Robb and Dizzy Tees. He has been my go-to-shirt guy for over 10 yrs. I have done custom shirts for church, VBS, preschool, and now for our real estate team. Any time I need a screen print I immediately call Robb. I was so glad to hear his voice recently. I was afraid Co-Vid had sent him elsewhere. I am so happy to get great product, with quick response from home tome business.”

“I have only been here a couple times. Every time I've visited it's to drop off an already paid for envelope or package. The employees have been helpful and friendly. This last time going I was shown the scanner at the front desk where you can scan your labeled envelope l, get a receipt and then drop it off. This way there is no waiting on line. All three visits were in and out in under 2 minutes. The store was clean every time. The parking situation is horrible. There are probably 5 stores that share a parking lot with 25 or so spots. Parking lot is packed/busy during lunch.”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”

“I stopped by this Walmart this morning around 8:30 am. I was really pleased with what I saw. I have not been happy with Walmarts use of the self checkout machines. Many times when I would visit in the past they were the only thing available( no people cashiers). Today was different. The store was clean, and the employees were busy restoking shelves..etc... I observed 3 or 4 employees asking customers if they could help them. There were 2 ladies working the front cash registers( actual people!!!). I am really happy to see the store looking so good. KUDOS to the person or people responsible for these positive changes.”
