I have used this facility for storage for a couple years now. I have always had a good experience until today. The attendant I had the pleasure of dealing with is Whitney. At least that what she told me her name was. Completely incompetent and not helpful at all. I scheduled a move out per public storage procedures and Whitney tells me there is a lot on my empty unit. I didn’t put it there because I removed my lock. Whitney was very un helpful and unprofessional. I’m had to drive 20 miles on my lunch break to deal with this because no attendant would be there to help me after hours. On my arrival guess what I found. No lock on my unit. A wasted trip. No apology, no admission of their/her mistake. Completely unprofessional. I have had great customer experiences in the past with other attendants. Either Whitney is having a bad day or she needs more PS customer service training. Horrible experience today.

Horrible, horrible. Started off only paying a hundred and something a month. Shortly after they sent me an email stating it was going to go up by $17 dollars. Received the bill and it was $232...they are a bunch of cheaters. The girl I was finally able to speak to told me that they raised it according to the space of the other units that haven't been rented. When I repeated what she said back to her and asked her how I was being charged for other lockers that aren't rented, she stated that's not it exactly and tried to word it differently like I was uneducated. I was able to get them to drop it down to $170 then it went back up to $232 now it is at $301. So basically you will start off low then they will quickly raise the price, they are lists and cheaters. I shouldn't have to pay for unused lockers, that's not my problem or anyone else's.
So it was $125 when I started, then jumped to $232 (argued, then dropped back down) $170 then back at $232 now at $301....it's a rip off! Don't trust them!

Kobe walked me and my girlfriend through the vacating process for our unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he does and how things work. He also kept the place very clean. Will store stuff here again.

Speaking of the Public storage at 850 FM 2001 in Buda Texas, Kobe was wonderful! Very polite, Professional and knowledgeable about the size of unit that would best fit our needs. The 10×10 was perfect for our household appliances! He gave us the sense of security we looked for in storing our treasured belongings! Thanks PS!!!

Stopped in to try and get a bigger locker today and had a lot of questions. Priscilla and Kayla were both working and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were kind and were smiling the whole time. They never made me feel never rushed to make a decision even though I was t ready to rent yet. They were able to answer all of my questions fully and showed me the different units. These are the kind of employees Public Storage should hire and have helping customer. I couldn’t be more happy with their help:

I recently had the pleasure of storing my belongings at Public Storage in Buda, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service by Priscilla, the amazing manager of the complex.
Priscilla's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand my storage needs and helped me find the perfect unit for my belongings. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience truly stood out.
The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my items were in good hands. The convenience of access hours and the easy-to-navigate layout of the facility made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She immediately offered assistance upon arrival. Jennifer was knowledgeable and exhibited a friendly disposition. She exceeded expectations as our storage needs were met
