After a 7.5 hour fight with AAA, Quantum Towing was extremely helpful and timely with getting my car towed home. Alicia, Miguel, and Jeremy were the ones who helped me and they were a total godsend and a breath of fresh air to work with, especially at 3AM with a broken down car.

Had this company tow my car to a mechanic in Kyle. They sent their employee Henry, he was there in record time ... literally could not have been even 20 minutes... I was shocked how fast he arrived. Henry was so nice and polite and helpful and smiled the whole time! I just loved that guy! Absolutely excellent service all around!! Came to Quantum to get my vehicle but could not drive it home because it has two flats. Luckily Steve was able to take me to get my two tires fixed and installed them.Could of not asked for better customer service and customer care. I offered to pay Steve 40 for helping but he denied the money.Highly recommend Quantum Towing

Broke down hauling our travel trailer in Buda. Called maybe a dozen places before Wimberley (props) recommended Quantum. They showed a up almost immediately and got my broke truck and unbroken trailer where they needed to go back in Austin. Judging by my experience, this is an awesome family-owned business. Quantum Towing went above and beyond to help my mother and grandmother when they had a blowout in thier vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone with Towing needs. BEST towing company very satisfy on how professional the driver was he called me when he was on his way for my vehicle as well as a confirmation text that my vehicle was picked up and that he was on his way to me great experience would definitely recommend victor!!!

Called to schedule a ‘same day tow’ of a 1963 Lincoln which all tires were flat and wheels locked up, in a shed. Driver arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call. Chris, the driver, knew what he was doing and took special care not to inflict any damage in an extremely tight working space. After removing the Lincoln from the shed, he expertly positioned the Lincoln on a flat bed trailer. Will definitely consider Quantum as a first choice call for future towing endeavors. I might add that Chris was professional and is now considered friend.

The night interstate came out any help me there a kind young gentlemen who stopped as well to make sure I was taken care of the night my ride stopped on exit 220 and buda regardless of one of the workers hanging up in my face and sending me to voice mail they still found a way to make sure I was okay

My truck was broke down less than a mile from a mechanic shop. I was stuck in a crowded parking lot. I had no choice except to call a tow truck to get my truck somewhere it could be looked at and fixed. My experience with Quantum Towing was pleasant and professional. The truck was clean and the operator was kind and helpful.

At least one of their drivers drives recklessly.Edit: So they responded 5 months later asking what was it that the driver did. It was 5 months ago, I don't exactly remember. I wanna say he was weaving in and out of traffic on 35 and even cut off an 18 wheeler and slowed down in front of it.

When I received a call from my son that he was having tire issues where his car was inoperable, the first towing company that came to mind was Quantum Towing (they've helped me in the past). Not only were they quick to provide service, they dispatched their most prized driver, Jacob, to our rescue. He arrived within 10 minutes to our car and quickly assessed the situation. Other companies may have taken advantage of us, but not Jacob. Instead of charging us the tow fee, he came up with a solution to safely repair the tire and get us back on the road, only charging us for a tire change. We are so thankful for Jacob and highly suggest anyone needing a tow company to call on Quantum Towing. They are amazing!Service: Tire change

Dispatcher Dylan was very helpful. Said it is an hour notice, but made an exception and driver Steve was there in 15 minutes. He also assisted me with my property removal. I would recommend this company. Even though it was an accident. I'm sure their regular tows are quick too!
