Please review your final receipt before driving off if using the drive thru.Last month I was there to make a deposit on the drive thru from my rental homes had some cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders. I received my receipt with the transaction total but before driving off, I noticed the total weren't matching I was missing the money orders I had included.So I pushed the button and asked the teller and he didn't give me a straight answer on why it wasn't included but that he was going to take care of it.

If you need the best assistance possible ask for Nessa. She is cool calm and Collective very knowledgeable very helpful and absolutely professional. I came in today and a time of craziness I thought I made a huge huge mistake she reassured me that she would do everything she could to help me kept me calm and got my issue resolved quicker than I expected I greatly appreciate her going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to all of the RBFCU customers. As soon as I walked in probably seven people walked in behind me the bank got extremely crowded they were extremely short staffed and the entire time she was the nicest happiest out of everyone there it really made me feel comfortable and this will be my Branch from here on out I've been a customer of RBFCU for 8 years now and this is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced thank you

They steal money from you. Do not do business with RBFCU. They used to be a good bank and now they literally told me they don't care.

No security what so ever, it takes weeks to receive a card because half the time they don't send anything, every transaction is "fraud" and it doesn't approve even if you click no it's not, blocked my whole mobile account forever because "they think my social was leaked" Yet no where is saying it is and every other bank is saying I'm good. Used to be good but apast couple months no.

Really disappointed in there customer service. All the way from the person I talked to on the phone in SA, to the woman that “greeted” me when I walked into this location. Was interested in refinancing my auto loan for a lower interest rate, sat and waited for 40 mins for someone to appear on the TV and nothing. Based on those interactions, I would not recommend them.

Completely Unacceptable.I manage escrow funds out of RBFCU. This means managing other peoples money. I have 2 accounts for this. I deposited a check from a client into Account #1... a few days later the check bounced and they removed funds from Account #2. They stated they can do nothing to rectify this error, we just have to move funds around to cover the difference.Escrow account are under severe scrutiny. This makes it look like I took over $3000 out of one clients funds, while the other looks like they paid me a full $3000 when in fact they bounced the check.Just as bad, never got notice that the check had been bounced. I wouldn't have caught that someone owed me $3k if I hadn't been checking on something else.This is the last in a series of errors and mistakes. Will be moving elsewhere... app doesn't deposit funds... business credit card website always shows Balance due $0 even when its at it's maximum... lost a CC payment once... Messed up wires... Will not miss RBFCU.Update: They called me... not with a solution. Just to say "it wasn't malicious, we just made a mistake". So... they make mistakes with money. Not a great look for a bank. Especially if they can't fix it.

I Dorothy Maxwell recently joined RBFCU and I already regert that I did because stand by what they advised on TV as helping refinices cars or nothing I applied for a loan for my RV and was denied so I’m thinking about canceling my membership I’m scared to apply for another loan they might turn it down it’s for different people and I’m not one of them ???

The best bank I've ever had. All others can't compare. I've not had any banking issues. I've had Bank of America for a long while. They are not to be trusted.

Can't call them directly to branch location. Terrible service overall.They charge fees fees and more fees. Not a true credit union. No longer waive fees. Overdraft fees are much higher as well.

I just left this bank after making a deposit, & the bank teller "Alexis" that was at the window had absolutely no costumer service at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day or she just has no customer service at all. Was the first time feeling like I was a bother to the bank here. I would recommend waiting in line for the next teller to be available.

I went to deposit a company check to one of our contract employees for his paycheck, per request of the employee. The bank asked for my ID, Social Security number, and occupation because they said they had to submit it to the federal government to make sure I was not on a federal terrorist watch list. This was a company check in the amount of $2750.00. I was dealing with a specific teller in front of me, but when I started to ask questions why they needed all of his information, the teller next to her, who was actually dealing with another bank customer, started interjecting and taking over the conversation. I had to get the branch manager involved who later told me that none of this information was actually required by them if I just wanted to "drop the check off." I was told the teller I was dealing with was "new and in training," and that the other teller was her "trainee," but neither were wearing any sort of nametags the show one was the trainer and one was in training. I had to literally tell the other bank teller to deal with her own customer and to butt out of our conversation. Horrible experience. Id give zero stars if I could. Oh also there is a sign on the door saying there's an armed security guard on premises. That's absolutely untrue because as I was dealing with these people, no security guard ever was ever seen.
