Brian was great. He explained everything to me and what the game plan was. He was confident and I trusted him. We didn’t get the goal we were hoping, lost out of about 13,000, but the market was crazy at that moment. It was all still good, quick and done.

We had the Pleasure of meeting Jenni Richie, with
Realty ONE Group Prosper through friends. I relocated for work from Fort Worth, Texas to the Austin area. Needless to say, it was an exciting and stressful all at the same time. Selling a house in one city and finding a new house during the Pandemic felt so overwhelming, however we were so Blessed to have Jennie with all her knowledge, our transition went very smooth.

I love my mother and know that she would do anything for me but the way that Malaya fought for me with the purchase of my first house was definitely on par. Not only did she go above and beyond with the other realtor, making sure that my concerns were expressed and the offer reflected that, but she stayed on top of things when everything went awry with my lender and contractor. In all of that nightmare, she was the shining light that kept me sane. She was always able to guide me towards options with every monkey wrench that was thrown at me and when she didn’t know, she was honest about it and reached out to find the answers. I could not have asked for a better realtor. I have happily referred her to everyone and anyone I know who is in the market and I know of one other who has successfully bought a house using her who cites the entire process as a breeze thanks to Malaya.

I'm moving to Austin and came down for a week to find a place - I was referred to Alison Sifuentes and she was excellent!! She helped me and my colleague find a place. I spoke with multiple broker's and locators and Alison was by far the best. She was the only one who consistently found me options in my price point that had all the criteria I wanted. She picked me up and toured the properties with me and unlike most broker's who are constantly trying to sell you on something she was patient and honest. I strongly recommend Alison if you are looking for a new place to buy or rent. She knows the market well and is a delight to work with.

We have worked with a lot of realtors over the years and Josh Foyil (JT) Is one of the exceptional ones. He’s extraordinarily communicative and Always quick to respond. He addressed every concern, Even the most were quite minor, and in some cases proactively Helped through the process of negotiations. JT is a hands-on realtor which is really important as he helped us find the right property and facilitated every step. Josh made the process super quick and super easy. We would highly recommend working with Josh. Great job.

From the beginning of my apartment search, Alison Sifuentes enthusiastically offered to help me and was very attentive to my preferences and needs. Based on the list of priorities I shared with her, she found me a variety of options that fit my descriptions and I didn’t have to Google any properties or waste time conducting my own search. She did all the work for me! After sending me a list of amazing properties, I was able to tour one that perfectly fits my needs and I couldn’t be more pleased with her services. Very transparent, open and honest. Great customer service. I know there are other customers but they made me feel like they were working just for me, gave me the attention and feedback I needed. They made sure I knew what was going on in layman terms. No jargon to throw me off. Would highly recommend if you want to be treated with the respect you deserve.

Being a first time home buyer, it’s safe to say I was nervous and attempted to prepare myself for what I thought was going to be the most stressful time of our lives. When trying to find the right home, the right location, and the right deals to meet my family’s needs, Nina went gone above and beyond. The process has been the complete opposite of my expectations. Nina is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. Things have ran smoothly and she’s been there to answer any question or concerns we had. It’s been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders having someone be with you every step of the way instead of just “wanting the sale”.
