Very very bad service and very rude they closed at 7:pm they stopped taking clients at 6:pm and needs major cleaning

I called Regal Nails and Spa and asked if they were accepting walk-ins. They told me yes, so I headed over and arrived within 10 minutes. To my surprise, they told me they couldn’t take me and that I would have to come back later. The staff was rude and dismissive—no apology, no explanation.
I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation. Thankfully, I noticed another spa I walked in, and they immediately accommodated me with friendly service and did a fantastic job. I will definitely not be returning to Regal Nails—there are better options nearby that actually value their customers.

Update: took my bf for a pedicure today 5/7 despite spending $37 for a deluxe pedicure before tips, the service felt rushed and only took 20 mins with ZERO other customers in the premises. His feet were not properly soak, rushed scrub rushed calluses treatment rushed everything. His chair was not even being turned on for a massage. I was distracted since I had to do stuff in Walmart I wasn’t really paying attention until he told me all that. I was seating next to him for the last 5 mins and wondering why it was so fast.. It does not worth saving 10 dollars compare to other proper nail salon. I was strongly recommending this place to him after my awesome first experience on full set, hence the pedicure treatment seems like completely the opposite result. I would go somewhere else for pedicure, they seem to lack what customer service is. Pedicure should never be just about cleaning your feet, it’s about self care and relaxation too! No “drinks” being offered I mean yeah duh! Idk what my expectation was, but water was given so it was appreciated. Also my lady that did my nails were not there! Should’ve asked her name and only her next time! That being said I don’t think I won’t be back nor bring anyone here ever again!
Quick, affordable and friendly nail salon. The full set is light, they trim the edges well. I can tell the one who did mine is an experienced nail tech. I will definitely be back and post more reviews !

I wanted to come in to get my nails done at 5:45, but the place was shut down. Online, it says they close at 7. Not sure why they were closed.

Amazing ladies, very attentive. Had a pedi. Left feeling relaxed after the chair massage and ready for the rest of the day.

8/27/24 Please save your time and money! Horrible service, place is very dirty. And the customer service, ha! What service, there is NONE!! I walked in, 1st time customer. Employee already looked upset when whe she saw me. She said "what you like" Not, hi, how can I help you. I said, pedicure and manicure please, she looked at the time, it's 5pm they don't close til 7pm!! I can see it and feel it she's not happy. So, then I said it's ok just a pedicure. She starts water, I've never had a pedicure this FAST!! JUST HORRIBLE!! 1ST TIME AND LAST TIME!
And she clipped a nail and caused me to bleed a little!! No stars rating!!

Needs improvement. The first time I visited, a male employee had a bad attitude and was argumentative. Reluctantly, I've returned due to convenience. A woman did a rush job on my pedicure depispite not being busy, and her gel polishing was messy. My toes look worse than when I came. I don't plan to return.

I have been to this location in Buda three times. The lady who has her desk next to the cash register is very rude and not patient. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but every time I go like this I have seen her, she has terrible customer service and apparently she doesn't care about the business. I don't plan to return and it has happened more than once.

No stars is what I really want to give this place. Horrible experience! I waited 20 minutes for a Mani Pedi which I did not mind at all. While having my Pedi I was told that the same tech was going to do my manicure. After the tech finished my pedicure she tells me that I will have to wait 30 minutes for another technician to do my manicure. I thought that was odd since she told me she was going to do both. I asked another tech what was going on and she told me that my tech went to lunch. And that I had to wait until she was done and she was going to do my manicure. I could not believe what was happening. There was two techs at lunch now and they wanted me to wait for the one that was busy with another customer. My fault for not reading the awful reviews they have. They are all so rude and make no good customer service. I another note my pedicure was ugly. I had to go home and redo it myself. I paid for awful service. But I will never go back and I do not recommend that place to anyone..

If I could give less than 0 stars I would. My experience at this nail salon was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My hands are all wrinkled from sitting there for so long, the bowl was DIRTY, and I had to come home and scrub my hands!!
