I am very dissatisfied with this company. They didn’t ask me what oil I wanted or tell me the cost upfront. If they would have then I would have left $132 for an oil change!! That’s ridiculous!! I know some companies take advantage of women and I feel like that is what happened. I will not be retuning here ever again.

Justin and Daniel convinced us to go private with them, as we would save money by not going through the company. Our car hasn’t worked since and they continue to not be available when promised. The company should know that they are offering clients private service for a reduced rate. And all the money we paid them didn’t fix the problem. We were completely tricked by them.

Jaqueline and Jesus were great! Always fast reliable service every time I’m in there. We had taken my wife’s Subaru on a roadtrip to Santa Fe. Jaqueline went through everything they offered to bring her car back up to snuff. I could not believe how dirty the air filters were! Oil change and out he door. Thanks Oil Changers!!

I had been coming here for 2 years because it's close to my work.
Don't use the mechanic unless you are already knowledgeable about cars. I spent 1100 to get ac fixed and nothing got fixed. They replaced the compressor at 2.7 hours plus 200 to recharge system only to find out the compressor wasn't the problem and conveniently lost my my account information, couldn't look it up by name, plate or Vin number. I had the receipt in my hand. It reads as if they were trying to release liability for such bad service with extra notes about what happened from their point of view. I want a refund.
Just be honest... I had to find out through 2 other mechanics what the issue really was. I took 2 trips to the junk yard per Oil Changers recommendation to get (and then return) a part that was never the problem as to why the ac wasn't working.
This place shouldn't even be allowed to do business under such circumstances.

I had a bad experience with Oil Changers, went in for an oil change a came out with more problems because they forgot to put the coolant reservoir cap back on and 30 minutes later down the road my truck overheated and blew up my water pump. I called back and the person I spoke too just said “bring it back in and we’ll check it out.”
But there was no way to get it there when I was on the side of the Highway in the midday Austin heat with no water or way to get back. I definitely won’t be back to a place that doesn’t make it a point to fix there mistake.

Five stars are not earned for this place ! I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else that's provides better services on your vehicles and a professional attitude to go with it. Good luck .
