I had been coming here for 2 years because it's close to my work.
Don't use the mechanic unless you are already knowledgeable about cars. I spent 1100 to get ac fixed and nothing got fixed. They replaced the compressor at 2.7 hours plus 200 to recharge system only to find out the compressor wasn't the problem and conveniently lost my my account information, couldn't look it up by name, plate or Vin number. I had the receipt in my hand. It reads as if they were trying to release liability for such bad service with extra notes about what happened from their point of view. I want a refund.
Just be honest... I had to find out through 2 other mechanics what the issue really was. I took 2 trips to the junk yard per Oil Changers recommendation to get (and then return) a part that was never the problem as to why the ac wasn't working.
This place shouldn't even be allowed to do business under such circumstances.

I had a bad experience with Oil Changers, went in for an oil change a came out with more problems because they forgot to put the coolant reservoir cap back on and 30 minutes later down the road my truck overheated and blew up my water pump. I called back and the person I spoke too just said “bring it back in and we’ll check it out.”
But there was no way to get it there when I was on the side of the Highway in the midday Austin heat with no water or way to get back. I definitely won’t be back to a place that doesn’t make it a point to fix there mistake.

Five stars are not earned for this place ! I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else that's provides better services on your vehicles and a professional attitude to go with it. Good luck .

Lucked out and got my car inspected, in and out in 10 minutes... Probably not typical time, but other places told me 1-2 hours... Great experience...

Kevin the Store Mgr and his mechanics have done an Awesome job at taking care of me. Been there 3 times from fixing my oil leak to taking care of my engine mount. They do more then just do your oil change. Broad area of what they do. There honest, professional, and priced right!!! Got my van in and out at the time they said it would be done if not done earlier. I live in Round Rock and come to the team in Buda. That should tell ya'll how Awesome they are!!! Thanks again guys see you soon for my 4th visit!!! Luis.
