I've lived at this apartment complex since March of 2024 and have had nothing but a good experience. It's a beautiful property, and I have never had anything wrong with my unit. Great place to live

The whole complex is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Downfall is the parking, and the trash. If you are nightshift good luck finding a parking. They say it's one car per unit but there is no way. It's like your forced to walk very far or get a carport. It's awful!for the prices you would think they would add more. But no. And they tow for everything. So can't even park in a port that's never used.
If you live in the back and are night shift don't expect to sleep. They crash the trash and mow almost every single morning 830-10. the walls are beyond thin so you hear everything outside and around.
It's ashamed cause this place is so beautiful but things like that are beyond hassle.

Love it here, nice and quiet, maintenance comes quickly for repairs which are always minor because they keep this place up and it shows . This is a great place to live they make you feel like your home.

I’ve initiated several maintenance requests in the last several months and all but one were completed on the same day, some within a couple of hours. The one that wasn’t completed the same day wasn’t urgent, and on that one I received timely communications regarding progress which proved to be accurate regarding time for completion.

The Friendsgiving party at the community center was fantastic! Great atmosphere, well organized, and a wonderful way to bring neighbors together. Loved the sense of community!

There is loud music and loud motorcycles at all hours of the night. The pool is always dirty. There are roaches all over. Dogs constantly barking and the management doesn't care about the community. Nothing about this place is good. Very overpriced for what is available. STAY AWAY!

This apartment complex is amazing, friendly, helpful and just all around a great sense of community for their residents and market vendors! The petting zoo today was just amazing and my son loved it! Thank you for putting the biggest smile on his face!
