Every time I sign my boys in or my husband signs in the wait time is 10-15 mins and as soon as they are signed in it changed to like 1-2 hr wait when we arrive at the time given to arrive it ends up still being a 30+ minute wait……I understand it’s an estimated wait time but why is it always like an 1 or more time difference? The service is great they always do a good job and always friendly but the wait time is kind of ridiculous.

Cristian's hair stylist did a perfect job with his scissor cut. I wish I got her name. She had as beautiful butterfly clip holding her long hair. I tipped her well as a thank you and will be back!!!

The woman to cut my hair did an outstanding job also intelligent conversation while getting my haircut awesome, I can't stand stupid meaningless conversation. I'd rather just sit there and get my haircut in silence lol but she was very professional And I feel horrible for not remembering her name She was a young white woman with blonde hair & like I said she did outstanding job on my hair. I've got long hair and I'm very particular about it and who cuts it so she did great!
Specialties: I got a taper fade and she cut 3 in off the bottom of my hair...

Take advantage of checking in online! Not only does it set a reasonable expectation for time, but sometimes offers a discount or upgrade

Very friendly place , first time walking into this location ,I hadn’t been at sports clips in years,I truly enjoyed being in that chair today. CRYSTAL did such an incredible job with such precision and accuracy on the fade
I was wanting.
I went there to get a boost of confidence and CRYSTAL delivered and exceeded by giving great detail, she was easy to talk to , very professional and friendly.
Great experience!

My son and I come in for a haircut, there's a wait which was expected but time went by and as a few ladies were finished they just didn't take any more clients, 2-3 were just standing around while there are 12 people inside waiting and there were 2 that had cut multiple peoples hair each while the 2-3 were just standing around. It's already expensive for a mediocre haircut so I thinks it just time to not entertain this kind of service when there is no sense of urgency and quality is low for the cost of service.

Haircut was OK. I paid. Went to my truck. One of the girls chased me down to my truck and told my card was decline. Ok? Went back in, paid with another card, went through. Called my bank and they said no, nothing was declined but I do have TWO transactions for this place on both my cards. Not to mention I tipped 50% so she ended up getting more than the haircut cost. Zero honestly within this specific Sports Clips.

I normally go to the Sports Clips in Kyle but I had this location once in the past and had a fantastic experience at that time, so I wanted to try again. On this day I walked in and immediately felt welcomed by everyone as usual when I arrive at a Sports Clips, except for one person in particular. I eventually needed to use the restroom, and unfortunately I had to walk by the person who had continued to make me feel unwanted there. When I walked past her I let her know that I was using the restroom since she looked towards me annoyed, and she directed me to where I needed to go in slight irritation. When I got back to my seat I watched how friendly she was towards the gentleman whose hair she was currently cutting and silently hoped that I would get any another hairdresser but her. She did what any other Sports Clips Hairdresser does (shampoo, massage, trim beard, ect) with her client while holding a full conversation, completely engaged and happy. I have social anxiety as it is, so I was already super nervous and uncomfortable by the time that my turn was up because of the way she had already been acting towards me previously, so when they were finished and I could she her mood slowly shift as she realized that I'd be her next client my anxiety went into overdrive. I'm not really all that great at explaining what I want in terms of haircuts on a good day, so that mixed with my already high anxiety made my interactions with the stylist almost unbearable and I had to try really hard to hold it together. Especially when she took it upon herself to point out that Sports Clips was a haircut place for men and that I was a woman. I had already told her how I usually cut my hair by that point (Faded all around and super short on top and was looking to try something different), and that I knew I had let it grow out quite a bit which I was sorry about. I finally stuttered my way through what I wanted, and it was the most awkward haircut that I've ever gotten. I could tell that the hairdresser wanted to be anywhere except cutting my hair, and I had to force some sort of conversation with her thanks to my uncomfortableness and nervousness at the situation that I was stuck in. All throughout the haircut I had to keep asking her to cut certain parts shorter, and even at one point I had to repeatedly ask her to not make my hair look like a Bob-Cut and let her know that I didn't want my hair to look super feminine. Then at the end of the haircut I AGAIN had to ask her to take some off the sides because it was too long for my liking. She was reluctant to do it, but finally did when I mentioned to her that it was something I asked for in the beginning before she started cutting. She never once offered me any of the upgrade specials (which I get the MVP every time that I go), she never asked me if I wanted to buy any product for my hair (Which at that point thanks to her service I did NOT), she fought me in my own style every step of the way when cutting (Which when cut like I asked came out pretty decent. Not completely correct, but not horrible). It was blatant quiet homophobia at its finest, and I'm still not ok with it. Especially since my out of control anxiety had me leave her a $7.00 tip on TOP of the extra never before charged $10.00 that was added. I'm certainly never using the Sports Clips in Buda again for fear of having to run into that same woman again. I may honestly try to find a barbershop or something to start getting my haircut at, because I don't ever want to receive that same type of hateful service again. It was horrid and I barely kept my composure.

Horrible customer service…Added my name to the wait list online. Arrived on time but the wait list grew another 30 minutes. Waited the extra time just for the one person not on lunch break to skip me… thanks for wasting an hour of my time.

Waited for 1.5hrs to get in. Used online check in and received all notifications at once basically waited to be cancelled. As soon as I seen the there system isn’t working properly they say you can get back in line and wait another hour. They act like some people have time to burn I guess. Completely unprofessional will no longer be using any sport clips again.
