They don't have the blonde veranda coffee. It's on the menu, but they don't serve it. If you go early in the morning (like 7am) , they will tell you that it's 'too early' for blonde. I mean because who in the world is ordering coffee in the morning at Starbucks, right!?And if you go late morning or early afternoon (or any other time), they'll tell you, 'oh sorry, it's too late for the blonde'. At this point, it really should just be taken off the menu because out of eleventy hundred times I've asked for a blonde roasted coffee bean, it has never been available for purchase at this location (sad face). #firstworldproblems

Well I used to like this place. Today I was late to my next meeting because of them. It took them 20 minutes to make my previously planned online order, AFTER I got to the store. So disappointed!

I frequently place an online order 20-25 min before I show up and ITS NOT EVEN STARTED! This is on a non busy morning at 630 am. It’s ridiculous. This ends up making me late to work when I’m trying to be proactive and have my drink ready.Also, many times my order is wrong or an added drizzle that I paid for isn’t added.

Some guy in dreads wouldn’t give me an empty tall cup for my child. I didn’t have my sons bottle and I wanted to put a splash of juice in the tall cup at a time so he could drink it bit by bit. What policyYou can’t get an extra cup for your child? Ridiculous.

Can't get a cup of coffee. One has to wait for all the specialty drinks to be made before yours is done. It's very easy for the cashier to just turn around and pour it and put it on the mobile order section with the sticker but no they have to have the people that are making all the complicated drinks pour a simple cup of coffee and put cream and a little bit of sweetener. Really? You need to take off the name coffee at the name of your business if it's going to be specialty drinks.I'll just go to McDonald's. They're right next door and I can get what I need without being told on the app it's going to be 5 minutes and then ends up being 40 minutes just because the app is not intuitive and doesn't know how many drinks you guys have still to make before you get to mine.

There is nothing to complain about the food or service. I just wished they cared enough to tell people that if they park in a fire lane, then they won't get their coffee. The fire lanes are there for emergencies, not your convince. I was a volunteer fireman in my hometown, and this was one of the biggest annoyances ever.

The drive through line can get a little long sometimes, but the orders are always correct and the drinks come out tasting great every time.Parking: There are some extra parking spots in the back of the building behind the drive thru which are usually easier to get in / out of, albeit they’re further from the front door. Just kinda difficult to navigate around the parking lot when the drive thru gets backed up.

Not the best Starbucks to go to when you're in a hurry. I walked in because I thought that is the fast and won't-goof-up-my-order way. "I would like Matcha Frappuccino, please" and the lady repeated a totally different order. So I told her "Matcha, Matcha Frappuccino", "Ahh... Matcha, sorry about that", and she asked me again would you like it hot or with ice? So I repeated "Frappuccino, Matcha, Matcha Frappuccino, it's an iced blend". And then a few minutes later, they called up my name, and... I got Matcha Iced Latte .
