Manager gave wrong key to a customer and he tried to open our door several times. I was scared that the person was going to come in and hurt us. Manager apologized but it is not enough!

Great rooms for the price. Lovely views. Small pool and no dog bags when you have your fur pets. But all in all great sleep for when you're needing a place to lay your head. I'd stay here agai. And review it better

Me and my brother stayed here for the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin. The room we had 201 was very spacious , and from the eyes looked nice and clean. Throughout the day/ night we did notice a few bugs crawling around that made us a little uncomfortable. The beds were comfy , the showers were a little weird since there isn't a shower head that mobile shower gun or what not , service was nice the front desk lady was nice for check in. Other than that a pretty straight forward hotel , plenty of stuff near by for food etc , but nothing luxry here . For sure need to get a handle on the bugs !

It's a motel 6 although extended stay. Wish they offered a breakfast. Elevators smelled funny. Hair blow dryer didn't work.

Rooms are really cool and they have great amenities the front desk lady was kind and it just is way more than you'd expect from motel 6

Room was clean , the entire staff ( reception, house keeping , ect ) were incredibly nice and helpful every single interaction over the course of the week+ we were here .

My girlfriend and I stayed here 7/11/24 to 7/13/24 and have no complaints. Everything in working order and it's only about 10 minutes from Austin. I met the housekeeping and they were kind and did a good job at cleaning. Front desk staff was also helpful and nice ??

If there were no roaches this would of been a 5 star review but when I am on my laptop and a reach walks across it hmmm. I killed 17 roaches in less than 4 hrs clean up your act

The elevator is stinking for whatever reason and I haven't deep cleaned it for months. I gave this feedback to the upfront desk. Instead of taking the feedback positive and getting it cleaned, he says I have a superior nasal passage, :-)No complimentary water bottles despite asking for it. I used a coffee pot and it was cleaned the next day. Location is good is the only reason I selected it.I did miss the water bottle and he came out and handed it over to me, this was a good gesture for that I am giving it 2 stars.

First off for be so call prestige, You guys are very disappointing from the black mold in your room 306 to one of your employees work with San Marcos Police Swat Team that ambushed and attacked two disabled vets, a 3 other disabled people on false pretenses, which cause a me a disabled person to be hurt by tazzing and tackled with no guns or drugs of any kind and walked up to us and didn't identified themselves or that we were on private property and it wasn't a routine traffic stop, an hour before we got hit by SWAT we was at the office of the General Counselor of San Marcos and now my husband and I are both sick because of that black mold that was in our room for more than 6 months. Now you want to kick us out because you want to raise your rooms up and call animal control for a room that the fire department should be called for having no locks on it; can't get out or in. And refused to give us corporates information boy do I have a lot more to tell them. We want to be compensated for that time with the black mold more than 6 months and for your staff and your company to compensate us because you financially hurt us. Not to mention that someone here in Studio 6 poured water in our car's tank I will be notifying everyone all the way to the IRS I bet they would love to hear what we have to say. I'm want someone from corporate to call immediately. Thank you.

update: another person which makes 3 are sick from the Black Mold, all stood in room 306. They still haven't got a hold of us. So Pete when you planning to get a hold of us or do I have to send some girls to your lair to have an answer. Your manager Meghan insulting clients and cursing them out is very disrespectful.

Normal rooms. Not very well kept. Poor house keeping. Most of the place was very musty. Unprofessional employees. Not the greatest location.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever had. Robby P. Was at the front desk and this gentleman was the worst. I also over heard him speaking to another customer with a nasty attitude. The lobby had no ac and he tried to say we didn’t have a reservation when in fact the reservation was paid in full. After calling booking we canceled the hotel. Beware of this location.
