T nails was the previous owner of this establishment. It is no longer that there is new management and a whole new crew of people. Today I went in for a pedicure, worst pedicure, I've ever had in my life. The first time the man grabbed my leg, I'd let him know that I had a bad need and just let me know what you want to do. I will place my foot how you want. It had to keep saying it all through the services services seemed rushed, did not get the pedicure, I picked out. I'm not satisfied with services at all. Upon payment reported, it was told that my pedicure was gonna be $30. Because of the fact that the man did not give me the service. I asked for then manager turned around and said, I owed fifteen dollars for gel after I had already been charged the 30 for the wrong pedicure. I'm pretty sure I won't be returning to me. Service sucked did not get what I asked for my pedicure, looks horrible, I had to come home and take a pain pill, those who are the yanking and pulling and roughness of the person that did my pedicure.
There were people there were workers. On their phones, listening to videos of some sort out loud, no headphones, while service was being done, the worker walked up and began to talk to worker. And distract them from doing the service at hand. The shop was nice and clean but service was just horrible. The guy worker is very rough. Very distracted, and may or may not understand English at all. Very, very, very unsatisfied, with the services received at this new establishment. That is no longer t nails

I had a pedicure done and the tech did a great job at getting my feet looking good again. She was always checking to see if I was ok. Good experience.

All right, here’s the thing, even though they would love to make really nice job they aren’t able to make it! They just made my nails look so bad, she put tons of nail remover, it was broken in one day and now I can’t even remove the terrible manicure she made

Been going here for several years. I absolutely love the staff. They do amazing work. I usually get mani pedi and eyebrows waxed. They are always so courteous, kind, and always get me in a seat pretty quickly. Highly recommend T Nails 💅

I had a reference photo and asked the lady before starting if she could do a flower like the picture showed she said yes and the results don't even look like a flower. Usually have great result from this place but it was someone different than my usual nail person.

Dan is the man! Plus the ladies there are super friendly and funny. Spa chairs are amazing and so are the products they use. Clean, professional and great prices especially for the services. 5 star review for sure

Place is run down and dirty. The nail tech was rude and insisted on a gel color even when I specificied I wanted normal bc they had a tiny selection of gel colors. Nails were uneven and shaped incorrectly. She kept pulling my hands, it was apparent she was upset. Run! Cheap work, expensive price.

I love Hannah. She does my exactly the way I like them. And Wendy does the best pedicure I have ever had. All the ladies are very polite and make me feel as if they are happy to see me. I would recommend T Nails to my family and friends

First of all, this review is intended for future customers who are looking to get a wax service at this location. Please be aware of the danger you are exposed at this location. Customer safety is not a priority. On Saturday, January 13, 2024 I was confident I would be getting a good wax service at this nail salon. However it was a nightmare as one of the technicians burned my face! Nobody apologized and instead they gave me some lotion that they guaranteed it would help with the burns. Which it was already expired! Additionally, they stated that the technician didn’t understand English which it was having a difficult time understanding what I was telling her when she was burning my face. After this awful experience I just want to bring awareness as I have suffered from first and second degree burns.
