The gas pumps never work. It does not matter which card I use, debit, credit, different banks, same result every time. Pump fails and tells me to “see cashier.” I hate that. If I wanted to go inside, I would not be paying at the pump.
This is especially annoying because this should be the most convenient gas station. Instead it is a guaranteed interruption.
On top of that, there is no fresh food. No fresh donuts, no baked items, nothing that looks remotely current. For a convenience store, it is missing the entire point.
Fix the pumps or stop advertising pay-at-the-pump. Convenience that wastes time is not convenience.

I normally love coming to this store. Everyone is polite. But since they started hiring new employees I feel disrespected and have deliverance is dry. I came to the store, staying out of the way so people could continue their business. A man that went to the cash register was fine until he walked out and pushing past me like wasn’t there. Let me remind I’m at least 15 behind him. So I said excuse you. He did not respond. Here’s the troubling part. I look at the cashier and said could have at least said excuse me. She just looked and mad said are you going to get something. I said yes but I was transferring money. I ordered my cigs and she asked me how old I was I said my age and told her that my birthday was Friday. Complete stone face did not reaction. Didn’t offer a receipt I had to ask for a bag and when I was leaving I said thank you and received a a bit carrying thanks. I’m just not understanding what her problem with me is because her was rude and dismissive

I went in to get a B&M, a bottle of Prosecco and a 6 pack. They neglected to card me, I went into today to grab some models again and supposedly I was “suspicious” due to the fact I “my age was different from yesterday” which is false. I called the manager but he said that it was up to the cashier to decide to card me or not. Which is a faulty way of picking and choosing when to follow the rules. That younger man needs get removed from that establishment for failing to do his job the first time and the management needs to be investigated for letting things like that get by.

The gas pump blasts music at you the entire time. Unnecessary, loud and obnoxious. You can’t mute it. Pumping gas doesn’t need to be an entertainment experience, I’m here for 60 seconds. Stop.

Great gas station, but avoid the pumps and debit authorization holds, it took almost three days after they charged me twice to see my money. I'm honestly still waiting for the transaction to go through.

Every time I use this store, the staff is always very kind and helpful. This store is actually out of my way to use but I often stop here because of how nice they are.
