I was going to this location to get 2 dozen chicks and maybe ducks so I when to go see them I heard the men that was working at tractor supply talking to this gentlemen so I waited then this Hispanic gentlemen asked him a question and he seemed so rude like he dint even wanted to answer I left because I seen he talked to everyone else ok but just to Hispanics he was so rude so I left the other lady's wore really nice but this gentlemen seemed to have issues or why have someone working like him here ? It will have customers not want to come here again

I recently visited Tractor Supply to pick up some supplies for my puppies when I encountered an incredibly inconsiderate Bonnie Plants LLC delivery driver. As a veteran, I appreciate the designated veteran parking spots, though I don’t always use them. However, on this visit, I noticed that a Bonnie Plants delivery truck had completely blocked the veteran parking spaces—not out of necessity, but seemingly for the driver’s convenience.
I politely asked the driver if he was a veteran, to which he replied “No.” When I pointed out that he had parked in front of the reserved spaces, making them inaccessible, his response was dismissive and sarcastic. Instead of acknowledging the issue or showing any courtesy, he questioned why I had asked about his veteran status and then mocked me with laughter as I walked away.
This kind of disrespectful attitude reflects poorly on Bonnie Plants LLC. If this is the kind of professionalism they allow from their delivery personnel, it makes me question their company values. I’d think twice before supporting a business that employs individuals with such a lack of basic decency and respect.

Phone doesn’t work so u can’t call. Pet wash station doesn’t work and they don’t have one in kyle. closest one is new braunfels. so save ur time instead of driving 30+ minutes each direction.

do not go here if you are wanting to use the dog wash station. there was dirty towels everywhere, the drain was so clogged with dog hair the tub was overflowing it there was water all over the floor. there was hardly any soap in the dispensers and the entire area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. GO TO SHAGGY DOG MARKET FOR DOG WASH STATIONS. the only reason we didn’t go to our usual place was because they were fully booked. will not come here again.

November 24, 2024 I came in to get dog vaccinations and the cooler was hot, all vaccinations were warm , I came in tonight 12/06/24 and asked if they got a new shipment of vaccines and the girl with blue in her hair was very rude and said no after I explained why I was asking she then told me “well as far as I know our coolers have been working “ , this girl is very rude every time we have had interactions with her, she is very unpleasant and rude

WARNING!!!
If you buy a trailer from Tractor Trailer please make sure they sell you the one with the correct vin number. They sold me a trailer with the wrong vin number.
This is after I have already registered the trailer. I bought the trailer in March and I just received the call 7-23-24.
I had to go back to the store. Redo all my paperwork again and receive a new title. Now I have to go unregister my trailer and re-register the same trailer to the new title with the correct vin number.
Ashley wasn’t the one who made the mistake but she was the one who was fixing this mess. Apparently they sold four trailers with the wrong vin numbers. How does this happen you ask, I have no clue?
It would have been nice to receive a call from the manager and apologize for this mistake but that never happened.

If you like employees that don't listen and do what they want to, this place is for you. After my visit today, I will not allow anything from Tractor Supply on my property. Update, I called the number they asked me to. After a recording in English and Spanish, it said something about long hold times, I hung up. It is par for my experience with them.

I’ve been seeing on TikTok that tractor supply has a dog wash I was so excited because I have one close to my house. I’ve been taking my dog a bath in the tub for so long but it’s a hassle to wash him. So I went over to tractor supply my first time coming here . I asked the lady in the front I’m here for a dog wash . She said of course just get in line I will be happy to take care of you . Once I finish paying . I asked where’s the dog wash station she told me it was in the back . I walked over there was a sign that said it’s was close . So I walked to the front saying it’s was close and she just walked to the back to get the keys to open it . Once I walked in it smells so bad it was so dirty like to the point I wanted to talk to them If they need help cleaning it I know it sounds crazy lol . But I paid $10 to wash my dog and hoping for this dog station to be a clean and easy wash for my dog . First thing I smelled was sewage water and having full of different dogs hair everywhere that looks that it’s been there for a long time there was some much old rust everywhere I’m never coming back .! Don’t waste your time to wash your dog here .!
