Absolutely love the ladies Gracie and Halley In the office they worked their butt off getting me approved even working late !!! I greatly appreciate all yalls hard work!!! Especially dealing with me and my situation.. I absolutely love yall ladies.. great Apartment complex to rent.

I call every week for a Market survey call and the person who answer the phone is so rude, and also she hung up the phone a few times very rude , people with not education how is she working there . Horrible

Since they changed ownership, it has improved a lot, the people in the office are very friendly and attentive, you can see the effort to make this facility better, keep it up, congratulations.

Very descent size Apartments / quiet neighborhood Uniesela was very helpful and has very professional communication skills at all times . A few minor things with maintenance, but nothing that can’t be fixed . Will definitely recommend for affordable Apartment units and a quiet place to live at .

Visited a friend there this past weekend. It was uncomfortably unsanitary. The trash is EXCESSIVELY piled up (including disregarded furniture), grass/weeds were 3’-4’ in some areas, there was dog poo EVERYWHERE. The property management company for this facility needs to be checked before a kid gets hurt or people start to get sick.I’m seriously surprised code enforcement has not had a visit here yet. I checked with my friend today 9/18/23 and it’s only gotten worse!!!Other than that, it was okay. Don’t plan to seek living there though after seeing this.

I love it here and the location of my apartment is beautiful.. New management here on property are on point! So I had an issue with my A/C and Rene the maintenance guy was there every time I needed him he figured out the issue and got my A/C working.. I really thank him so much for getting it fixed! With this weather it is bad.. Thanks Rene for everything ?

Went in for an AC problem and the manager himself came by to fix the issue. It is under new management and he was the only one on property. He still made sure to come out on the same day I requested service and fixed the issue. Now that is what you call great service and management. Thank you for all the help!

Think twice to move here. I have been with a broken refrigerator for 3 days. Requesting by email and calling to change my appliances. Don’t talk about parking lot issues. My car has been towed twice even you have parking ticket and office don’t care. I have a 2 years old daughter asking for milk and single mother. We except it leaving better in a complex not for poverty to look worse. They want to treat you like you are low income or section 8 . I don’t know what they are thinking… I pay my rent in full. I am very disappointed living here. I regret renew contract. That has been my experienced and I am sharing it.

Visiting family who lives here? Be prepared to get your car towed! The visitor parking is a FULL ON PREDATORY and a total SET UP, even if you follow posted instructions you will get towed.

Under New management! I can said I Love my neighbors! It’s a great place to live the new manager she’s awesome ! And Cynthia always whit a smile , very helpful, I’m very please whit my choice of moving here ! And is very convince to shopping centers ! It’s a very clean place to live , the maintenance guy he’s great! And on point whit he’s job ! I visit Italy last summer and definitely the Tuscany reminds me of my great and happy times in Italy ?? mi piace molto ?? I like it a lot !

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING, THEY DO NOT ENSURE PARKING, THEY HAVE UNDER ROOF PARKING AND THEY OFFER IT TO PEOPLE THEY LIKE, YESTERDAY AFTERNOON I BOUGHT A CAR AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A VISITOR AVAILABLE AND I LEFT IT IN A NORMAL PARKING AND THE RECA TOOK IT AWAY, IT'S AN ODYSSEY, EVERYTHING SEEMS BAD TO THEM YOU ARE PAYING FOR AN APARTMENT AND THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO HAVE ANYTHING ON THE BALCONIES, THEY HAVE ALL YEAR TO MAINTENANCE THE POOL AND THEY DON'T DO IT AND IN THIS VACATION TIME IT IS ALMOST ALWAYS CLOSED, THE GYM IS FOR THOSE WHO COME LOOKING FOR INCOME TO LOOK AT IT BUT IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. 2 MONTHS AGO THE RIMS ON MY CAR GOT BITCH, THEY HAVE CAMERAS AND THEY ARE NO USE. I HAVE THE WORST OPINION.
