Staff is awfully rude. They stare you down like you’ve got 3 heads. Customer service is nonexistent..

Prices aren't great, they're usually out of certain beers for more than a week at a time, AND they've stopped many of the specials and $ sales. It's going downhill. HEB next door has better prices and they keep the shelves stocked.

I like Twin Liquors, but have to say that they are a little pricier than Spec's and the selection at Spec's in South Park Meadows is 10 times better than Twin Liquors Buda. Their end of August $1 over what they pay sale is fire tho.

Would not honor their own discount sign. Dec. 30th 2023 sign advertised 1 bottle of Brut Champagne for $14.98 or $6.98 for 2 - what a deal right? WRONG Even if it was made in error you would think a chain liquor store would honor it for 1 customer buying said “deal” and THEN correct the discount sign but NO, even after the cashier asked “the Boss”. ??I took my business to the local mom & pop Texas Star Liquor across 35 and after hearing my story, the owner gave me an additional 10% off!TEXAS STAR LIQUOR FOR THE WIN

Employees make fun of customers looking for bottles of alcohol. After spending 5 minutes in the run aisle searching for a specific bottle of rum, I decided to look for it near the bourbon since I already searched the rum section top to bottom, and this specific rum is made in Bourbon casks so it wouldn’t surprise me if a liquor store had it in the Bourbon section. Anyway, some lady who works there asked what I was looking for. I told her the name of the bottle , and then instead of actually being helpful, she condescendingly asked, “You know what aisle we are in right?”, and made sure to say it loud enough so everyone else in the store heard. Then she told me to just google it like I already hadn’t tried that. The closest place that I knew had the bottle was 25 minutes away and since I was already in HEB I thought I’d take a peak to see if they had it next door. Wasn’t expecting this condescending person, but then again this is exactly why I don’t bother asking for help when I got to retail stores. If you want a pleasant experience where the employees won’t try to embarrass you, go to the liquor store next to the Texaco on the other side of the highway.
