I have had such great experiences at this USPS location. It's usually busy but the postal workers there are polite and knowledgeable. We're lucky to have such a good office here in Buda.

I had a QR code to return which was saying no box and no label needed still I had it on the box, but the employee name Robert made me buy the tape to close that tiny box. I asked him would you help me with your tape, he said no, we don’t help you because it’s not a priority mail. I never knew this before. This might be the info to others

Takes forever to move some packages, bad at giving a clear answer when asked why my package sits for a prolonged amount of time very often, and they're often bad at updating tracking on packages that go through their facility.
Highly recommend using literally any other post office, especially if shipping out for business purposes.

I was going to pick up my house key. I had my ID but didn’t have my title agency papers and the guy told me I have to bring the paper but the lady said if you have it on your phone, it will work as well. Thank you for the front desk lady.

I went inside the Buda post office January 30th to mail Valentines cards to my 9 grandchildren. It would have been special as I was mailing all of them in a large envelope to Valentine Texas, where their great grandfather worked for the railroad many years ago and each card would be stamped with a special Valentines post mark. Well, here it is February 18th and still no cards received. I would consider that it could be a problem on the Valentine end, except my daughter mailed wedding invitations 4 years ago, from inside the post office and those have never been received either. What is going on? Also, it is impossible to call and speak to someone, which I would have preferred to do, but here we are writing a review.

Two of the staff very rude. One lady was super nice. I had gone in and was trying to find my package and was told I had to get there the same day or they were going to return to sender. Keep in mind they’ve done this before. The item was unable to be delivered and they immediately sent it back. There was no slip in my mailbox about the item being undeliverable, nothing. So I called them the next day after my visit and the lady on the phone told me it was there and how lucky I was they didn’t send it back when they received it the prior day(the day I was in the office) like they should’ve and that I needed to go now to get it or they’re sending it back. I’m already in contact with getting this reported. From what other post offices and the man entering my report said they are required to hold packages for a few days to give the recipient time to collect their items.

They send your package to a different state before sending it to you and then they want to lie and say that your complex does not get mailed through them when everybody gets mail and I’ve used them before and so has everybody else in my complex, including the leasing officethen they lie and try to say they tried to deliver your mail to your house at a time that you were home and so was your husband and then they send the mail back to sender according to them, but I don’t think they really did

I really do appreciate our little post Office and Buda. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a package go missing and I called and I was able to get my package the next day. They really do do their best.
