I went to the Verizon store in Kyle, where they told me they were a corporate location and couldn’t help me—so they sent me to the Buda store instead. I got there one minute after closing time, and instead of showing any decency or customer service, the staff slammed the door in my face. I had my phone and trade-in ready, and they just refused to help.
The level of rudeness was appalling. One employee, a young guy with a shaved head and oversized clothes, and another young Hispanic guy, were both disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It was clear they didn’t care at all about customers or doing their jobs.
After this experience, I would never recommend Verizon to anyone. Ever. This isn’t just bad service—it’s disrespect on another level. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they don’t deserve your business. Both of those employees should seriously be reconsidered for their roles. Total disgrace.

My experience at the corporate Verizon store in Buda, Texas was outstanding. The most amazing customer service ever! Our family of six traded in 6 older model iPhones for newer models and received nothing short of red carpet treatment from the sales representatives to every person on the management team. I switched from TMobile and won’t ever look back! Thank you Verizon Store of Buda, Texas!

Jeff needed a new phone and we just happened to stop by. Cristian helped us out and made sure the process went smoothly! We loved how honest, helpful, and funny he was! He was able to upgrade his phone at no charge which was great! He still had a really outdated iPhone. His service was excellent and loved how he gave us quotes when asked and never pressured us into a deal. It was great experience and highly recommend talking to Cristian!

Verizon Scammed My sister! She canceled her account and later she got a bill over 500 dollars! Verizon did not cancel her account when she told them to in the time window alloted. Boycot Verizon! I will be posting this to all of my social media and everyone will see it! Stay away from verizon reps in WALMART! IF THEY APROACH YOU TELL THEM TO FUCK OFF! IF I OFFENDED ANYONE - FUCK YOU!

Been with Verizon for over ten years, found it so difficult to upgrade my phones that I decided to switch to a different provider. It appears as if the problems were with Verizon Corp. itself and not the personnel on staff, but that didn't make it much better. You are told one thing on the phone, a different thing on chat, and then a third thing in the store. All "appear" to work from different databases with different promos and different concepts. Regardless, VZ was not interested in keeping someone who was paying a premium for a non-premium services because he was lazy and didn't want to switch.

Our family has used Verizon for years so we went in to look into new phones and updating our plan. Although we agreed to wait a few months for new phones, we were able to get a newer plan to save us a little on our bill monthly. Alejandro helped us, I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the packages and products. It might be worth looking into Verizon if you are not currently a customer as we have been very satisfied. If you are a Verizon customer, their new products are worth checking out!

I have been having lots of issues getting a new phone and could not get a straight answer. Chris was amazing and SO helpful. He got to the bottom of the problem and reassured me that it's now properly being handled. Thanks for all the help!! Highly recommend this store!

Got the BEST service here! This store is corporate so you will receive services here without paying extra fees!!!! Employees were SO helpful transferring my new phone! Never go to Kyle store again!

Honestly I was avoiding this place based on yelp and google reviews, but Verizon told me I need to go to see someone in person to get my SIM card replaced. I made an appt, but no other customers were in the store so regardless would have been seen right away. Courtney and another gal knew exactly what they were talking about and fixed my issues in 5 min. I thought the customer service was some of the best I've had in recent months.

Time on hold and time to get a real person is unbelievably long. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes with customer care and finally hung up. Thinking about switching to AT&T

The most pleasant Verizon experience with Chris! He was helpful, efficient, and respected the fact that we didn't want to change plans. Today we walked out within 30 min with two new iPhones. Thank you!
