Every single month I hope to have a positive experience with this pharmacy and every month I am disappointed. The people that work at this pharmacy must generally be sad inside. It’s been like this for years. Every single phone call includes a condescending staff member. Every in person interaction includes me trying to be so kind maybe they won’t be rude this time. What kind of work environment allows for this behavior? I don’t like to switch pharmacies, but I can’t keep hoping it’s going to get better. If they didn’t have my specific kind of generic, I would’ve already gone somewhere else. Do better!

Everyone that works here is polite and helpful. Rarely are there long lines to wait for pharmacy.

Man, I hardly ever write reviews on here but this warrants reviewing. Had my doc send in a (very urgent) refill of my meds yesterday...only to be told that they wouldn't be ready until today. Okay, fine, I can try to make it another day. Spent 30 minutes waiting in line today....only to be told my prescription will be ready in another 30 minutes. Lady in the car next to me was told it would be 45. Looked inside, and a line stretching back into the aisles is standing there. I get that it's a busy time of day, and I get that this is a small pharmacy, but if you need something important filled, I really can't recommend this place at all. Nothing against the staff (I haven't had any issues with them like some others have), but find another pharmacy if you have places to be.

Public store with no restroom to use! Was there with my little girl and they had the restroom closed off, I asked and was told…ohh we already cleaned it for the evening! Super upset about the response and the fact that they are a business with no restroom available because they don’t want to clean it again

Staff is friendly, but pack a lunch if you’re going through the pharmacy drive through. You will be there awhile.

Slowest pharmacy on earth. They are also the least customer friendly, close at the drop of a hat even when other Walgreens are still running. I dread the eternal drive through. Takes at least an hour to get any prescriptions. Inside or out. Doesn't seem to matter if there is a line or not. Hour.

The worst pharmacy tech guy I've ever seen. Everything i needed was way to hard for him to do and he was so upset that he had to work a little bit.

This location is awful. I get calls constantly medication is ready and I show up and it isn't. They blame the notification system which is fine.
I stopped by 3 days ago, dude says medication can be ready in 15 mins, I said I can come back tomorrow no big deal. Today, oh it isn't ready you can wait 15-30 mins.
Guess I'll try again tomorrow.
For your sanity I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Love this pharmacy and the attention to detail and care the team provides. The staff always takes the time to help you, makes sure you get the right medications, and provides sound advice! Love this neighborhood pharmacy!

Christina, the manager in pharmacy, should not be working in a customer service role. She is extremely rude! I showed up to the pharmacy at 9 AM just as they were opening. She very rudely told me that my doctor just put the prescriptions in and that they just opened. Like I was burdening her for making her work. That was it. I told her I’d come back. Then when I told her I wanted to use the mission act for veterans, she tried to make me feel stupid because she didn’t know what it was. But hey, the pharmacist was extremely professional and polite.

Went to pick up some medicine. I was the second in line in mi car and they took like 20 minutes just to tell me they would be with me in a moment. Very frustrating!!!!

The pharmacy service here could not be worse. The pharmacist was unnecessarily rude. I'm sure they are overworked, still no excuse.
