Went to pick up some medicine. I was the second in line in mi car and they took like 20 minutes just to tell me they would be with me in a moment. Very frustrating!!!!

The pharmacy service here could not be worse. The pharmacist was unnecessarily rude. I'm sure they are overworked, still no excuse.

I had two prescriptions sent to Walgreens. When I checked on the status of them, I found a text message stating that they were unable to fill one of the prescriptions and I needed to contact them. When I called, they did not answer their phones. After 22 minutes on their automated waiting system, I hung up. A little while later I made a second attempt to call but was still put on terminal hold in their system. I had to drive to the store and talk to them to see what the problem was. After talking with them I asked that both prescriptions be transferred to CVS. Walgreens only transferred one of the two prescriptions instead of both of them. The next day when I called CVS to check on the one prescription, they still did not have it and reported that they had called multiple times but no one was answering the phones. I called and waited 27 minutes before I got a real person to talk to. 27 minutes! They apparently find this time acceptable but I do not, especially since they should have transferred both prescriptions the day before and not just one. Incompetent in my perspective. They lost my business. No wonder they only have a 2.3 rating.

I really didn’t even want to give a 1 star. The pharmacy is horribly slow. Ive never gone where I haven’t had to wait more than 30min, that in store or drive thru. I’ve recently made an appointment for a flu shot and they didn’t call me back till 25-30 min later they did the same thing with my husband’s appt. What’s the purpose of making an appt. Also, instead of having someone answer their phone they must have an automated phone message say your the 2nd person in line. I was on hold 45 min and the message never changed till I finally hung up. Come on Walgreens do better. Management please see how you can help this store. Buda is a small city it should not be this way.

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is not good. I have been given the incorrect product on multiple occasions as well as being delayed well over the full date. If you have gestational, diabetes, or diabetes, in general, you may want to find a different pharmacy. This pharmacy seems to be out of product or unable to fill the proper product for your devices on top of that they don't adhere to their hours listed on a regular basis. On top of the shortcomings for the pharmacy, the regular employees of this location seem to be miserable and are very rude and lacking in communication and customer skills.

By far the one of the better Walgreens pharmacies in the area. They always answer the phone when I call, they give me detailed answers to my questions, and are overall polite to their customers. I can’t remember his name, but the male tech with tattoos and gauge earrings has superb customer service. Even when they’re are slammed with customers they’re very efficient and still maintain a positive attitude toward their customers.

I stood at the counter for five minutes before leaving. How on earth can you have no employees manning your check out? The store has serious customer service problems.

This pharmacy location is the worst ever! I’ve always had issues with this location that’s why I started using H‑E‑B pharmacy! For some reason my doctor called in my refill on the 13th of this month and I called Walgreens to confirm why they had not sent me a confirmation and was told that their call center set pick up for today! This does not make sense, when you called the call center answered and said it will be ready tomorrow! What is going on!!!!!

I will give them 2 stars only because one tech there was SUPER helpful and friendly BUT that other tech (Christine) acted as if I offended her by just being alive-literally. VERY aggressive, and rude FOR NO REASON! She has NO BUSINESS being in any sort of customer service role and should stick to the back end where she has no contact with the outside world!

Walgreens coupons are scam. You receive a coupon from a purchase. Then when you try to use it in store in your next visit the clerk will tell you cant used it yet. They have to scan it to add into your account. But the third time I went to the store, they will say again it has to be scanned again for the next purchase. It’s like never-ending lure and you already purchased several times with out the coupon. Plus their prices are higher compared to stores like HEB.

I've used many Walgreens pharmacies, but this location needs some help! Both lanes in the drive thru 3 cars deep and for 20 minutes not one of us moved. I finally went inside where there was more mayhem. I was so irritated, but I could see that the employees were working as best they could. I decided to be nice when it was finally my turn (after 30 minutes.) I won't bore you with details, but from what I could gather customers were waiting in the drive thru line to have rx's filled??? If this was the case then those customers should drop off their rx and leave the line!!! I would never be so inconsiderate to make others wait like that. As a pharmacy manager I would look for ways to expedite this process and maybe then you wouldn't have so many irate customers like I saw today. Obviously peak hours are after 5pm as folks are getting off work. You need to fix your processes. Considering changing pharmacies.

What is even happening here? How has this Walgreens not been addressed by upper management? It’s literally so bad. It’s like the Walgreens gone rogue and they literally don’t care about anything or anyone, especially their customers and just do their own thing. I’ve been here at least 5 times. Each time was so bad I thought I was being pranked. For the love of God don’t go here.

1st: A few weeks ago I called to check on my son's prescription for pink eye I stayed on the phone for over 25min because the recording said I was the 2nd caller in line. After awhile I decided to just drive to the pharmacy, the pharmacy ended up being closed because their fax was down (I wasted time being on the phone).2nd: My son's pediatrician sent his prescription in the day before at 2p. I called that day (pharmacy closes at 10p) the prescription wasn't ready. Thought it would be by the next morning. When I arrived at the pharmacy, it still wasn't ready and I was told to loop around. I looped around and overheard them telling someone else to loop around.
