No pressure banker. Appreciated that they don't try to push banking products on me that I didn't need. Very convenient location and helpful.

I arrived 10 minutes before they closed wed and I was ignored by the employees until it was time for the clams and then she told me that she could not help me because she was closing down I had a cash deposit and they still did argue with me instead of just helping me those are the two laziest inconsiderate women that I've come across in a long time they both need to be fired

Open the account A week ago everything that I was told was a law my debit card did not work the next morning like promised so I had to go back and take money out of the bank then they went behind my back and set my debit card up when I told him it didn’t work and I had to be to work so I didn’t have time to stay there and do things now I’m overdrafted $15 in my account they refused to take it back and say it it’s not from that but there’s no other reason for it this place is a joke I’ve already called them to talk to him about it they were very rude about the situation and told me they did not care

The branch manager here at this location, Tiffaney Robinson, has a complete lack of customer service skills. Not only is she unpleasant and uninterested in whether or not you remain a customer of Woodforest, she was completely wrong in the information that she gave about the bank's products. I recommend you find another branch, or better yet another bank.

When I first set my account up with Woodforest, in June of 2015-the customer service was amazing, but shortly after that everything started to go down hill. Here are some of the pros and cons I have experienced while banking with them. Cons: * The fees, $7 a MONTH to keep a checking account open? Are you serious? *Only 3 withdrawals a month, with a $2 fee for every withdrawal after the allotted 3? *Their customer service skills suck. *They DONT take time to throughly explain things to you *Diffuclt to save money with them, due to fees. Pros: *The hours they're open, make it easy to go and talk to them or take care of any banking needs due to them being open 7-days a week with the exception of some holidays. *(I don't know if this is like this at every location) When I first opened my account, I was straight out of high school with no job. The manager at the Buda location when I opened my account, made it so I didn't have to pay the $7 a month until I had a job and got a steady income coming in. The cons definitely out weigh the pros but that's all I could think of at the moment. My advice: if you're looking to open your first checking and savings account do NOT open it with Woodforest. If you're anything like me and love to shop but also want to build a savings account at the same time, you will have difficulty with the fees, go to bank that doesn't have fees, or withdrawals restrictions on the amount of withdraws you can make a month. This is definitely a bank you'd use if you're not going to use the accounts everyday, need a back up or emergency account
