Citizens in Groesbeck is absolutely amazing! The Ladies there (Tammy) are always available to help. They go above and beyond. I had my card info stolen and Tammy got right on it soon as I contacted her to resolve the issue. The Ladies at the drive thru always are smiling and happy to see you.

I just changed over from Compass (BBVA) due to the take over from PNC. The West Branch is great. All the ladies that have helped me so far are so nice. All go out of there way to answer any questions. Even got a hand signed thank you note.
