This store use to be great but now the employees are just stocking shelves and surprisingly the shelves are always empty! You must use a radio to call someone to check you out. Today I called 3 times then had to go find someone to check me out. She was very irritated . I’ll be going across the street to family dollar from now on.

The Dollar general on 346 and 344 is a very convenient and well-kept store they have very good customer service and will do anything to help you find what you need. Certain times of the day customers do get backed up in the cash register line because there is only one person checking out. That is the only one negative thing I had to say about the store otherwise it's very good to shop there.

Worker Bekah was very nice and helpful she not only told me where an item was I was looking for but showed me and there store Is very clean and my last exsperiance with a dollar general in chapel hill was total hell manager there if you ask where something is she will tell you can't you read so I haven't been to a dollar general since but this one is amazing nice workers who love to help thanks Bekah

As a disabled vet with two recent knee replacements and only four fingers and two thumbs on my hand. I come in there and the manager always helps me get what I need she's a wonderful person and all the staff has been helpful I would give this place a five-star rating all day long
