I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado to their shop. The AC was not working and it had a number of issues. They stayed late and worked after hours just to get my truck AC running, just a Great Shop with honest work and honest pricing!Service: Auto maintenance

I highly recommend Mr Francis' shop. He is a man of integrity. I was out here in Bullard for the Thanksgiving holiday when my truck broke down. He helped me get it towed to his shop and put me at the head of the line to get worked on. He finished ahead of schedule and actually charged less than the quote. You would be silly to take your vehicle anywhere else.

I took my 2004 Chevy duramax they supposed to change number 3 injector but they never did and they charge me $1500 I took it back they got upset when I told them I need it fix until now my truck still not fix i never use them againService: General repairs & maintenance

RECOMMEND!! My husband and I originally chose Francis and Son Automotive because it’s right down the street from our house but we continue using them because they are fair, honest and FAST! They have replaced the clutch on my husband‘s car and a starter on my car, both times they did the work faster (once they had the vehicle) than we expected and for cheaper than other mechanic shop’s quoted. Since it is just father and son they usually have other customer’s vehicles they are working on but if you can wait a couple days or a week to have your car put in the shop, then I definitely recommend them!! They did not charge me for “diagnostics” and every other shop I called quoted a fee for diagnostics, whether or not you got your car fixed with them! Francis and Son didn’t charge me for any diagnostic tests (that alone saved me at least $65!!).
