Great Veteran Owners! I had no issues. I can't think of anywhere else that would allow you 25 days to pay your bill. Since I don't get paid till the 15th of every month, this is a great help!

I highly recommend thos storage facility if your ever in the Bullard area. The peolle that run it are super nice and if your a little behind by a few days on paying they wont take your stuff they will work with you. But try to pay on time these folks are super awsome people. 5 star rateing all the way!!!

Just following up with a comment of my own, even though my husband has already left one. I like the place and it's location. I've met the owners and they were very friendly. Like my husband said, we were locked out once, but if you don't pay for a service or product provided, what can you expect? If you don't pay your cable bill, they will turn it off immediately. You can't stroll into Wal-Mart, fill your buggy, and stroll out saying you'll pay them in a few weeks or the next month without there being consequences.

I've been locked out once, but that was because I didn't pay my bill that month. They waived the lock/unlock fee since it was my first time. I'm liking the changes/fixes around the facility.

I love that they allow 25 days to pay your storage bill. I've rented at other facilities that told to pay on the 1st and I only had 4-5 grace period days before I received a late fee, lockout fee, etc. 25 days is a long time to pay a bill. I've been there for over 10yrs.

I will be looking for a new storage unit. I was one month behind due to an honest mistake of thinking i had included the month in my last double payment. My last monthly statement said it had to be paid by 25th. I sent in 4 months and when i came to swap something out on 21th a lock had already been placed on my unit. I was a little concerned that they may had not received the payments and i called. I was nice and asked about the situation, the lady on the phone was very nice and explained she would contact the owner and see about my account. My main problem is the texted i received. Rude and uncaring. I understood i was behind and just wanted to make sure they got my payments, there was no need for such a response.
