“I used curbside for the first time, and it was a beautiful well oiled machine. I mean, the whole process was great from the browser order, to the pick up. Sometimes you would have to use an app for curbside. I was able to order from chrome on my phone. You will be able to get substitutes and the communication is fantastic. They had my order a head of the suggested time and I was able to go earlier. I wish I could thank the nice lady more. I'm from Dallas, and there is curbside of everything you can think of. The process and personal touch made this work. It felt like if I had any issue or update on my order, that I would have been able to get things done without all the silliness.”

“Went by today and used the self-checkout.. whoever is over that self check out (younger looking woman with short hair) needs to work on her customer service skills. She seemed annoyed with helping customers, yet the "issues" customers were having were due to the machines malfunctioning. The store was clean as usual and produce was fresh.”

“Had the most amazing experience over the past two weeks at Brookshire's in Bullard. First off, the store is beautiful, clean and well stocked. There are many folks out on the floor Rongelap you and they have the best attitudes and seem genuinely happy to be there. I moved from Houston and could not find a couple of items that I buy every week. I spoke to the Manager last week to ask if they could get Them in and when I came to shop this week they were available This took weeks at Kroger and HEB. Then Keaton helped me out with my groceries and was super helpful in helping me Pick out the best pumpkins. This store is worth the trip from Jacksonville.”
