This place is amazing! I took my son yesterday because he has been incredibly ill. I had a wonderful experience with every staff member we encountered. They were very caring, and really made us feel comfortable. I've been to many UC facilities and this one was, by far, the best.

I was quickly attended to, tests were run and diagnosis determined. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. The entire staff were very cordial and professional. I was there for less than hour. I would highly recommend this facility for its services!!!

In the year I have lived near Total Point Urgent Care this was my 3rd visit. Always the best of care! The staff always very nice. The nurse practitioner is very nice and I always felt better having been seen here. They are the best UC !

Wonderful experience here. I have been here twice so far. Once with my 5 month old and now today with me and my 8 yr old! Very attentive and caring. Highly recommend!

At the time of our visit, we were traveling through the state of Texas. My wife became sick and needed more than my care. We choose Total Point Urgent Care because of the time of day. This clinic stayed open later than all the rest. My wife was able to get in within minutes after filling out the necessary paperwork. Everyone was friendly and the nurse practitioner that saw us took ample time with us to make a spot on diagnosis. My wife received a shot and felt so much better the following day. He also printed us off additional information to help explain recovery. I would recommend this facility to all locals and travelers.Pat and Bill Neal

Excellent care when our little one was sick while we were out of town visiting family. Convenient hours for an early morning visit and Bubba was able to diagnose and treat her quick with the help of his great staff. Kind and friendly people here, you won’t regret trusting them with your care!

This urgent care was the best one I have been to yet! The ladies in the front are super nice, the nurse helped me find information that I needed, and the dr was even better. All staff was WONDERFUL with my baby, she is 6 months. Family environment office. If you need a place to get seen, this is it!!!

Been here with each of my boys and each time they been caring, attentive and well organized. My kiddos are on the spectrum so finding or letting anyone check them is a bit of a challenge so I highly recommend this place.

Total Point was on point! I had a really aggressive allergic reaction to a bug bite and the over the counter Benadryl wasn’t working. The nurses and staff were so professional and caring, it was quick, and Bubba was so kind yet didn’t waste any time getting me the medicine I needed to knock back the reaction. Went above and beyond my expectations and best of all, walked out of there well again, fully informed and equipped with everything I needed!

I made an appointment for my mom. The ladies up front were very friendly and helpful!! The nurse and the doctor were fantastic!! They all made you feel very comfortable! The doctor was able to help my mom with her issues! I highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you so much!!

Was having an allergic reaction from contact with milkweed. Walked in, filled out paperwork and was seen within 5 minutes. Advised them I was having an allergic reaction and was just looking to get a steroid shot. Doctor came in verified my information, concerns and agreed I needed a steriod shot. The Nurse and Doctor were both very pleasant, professional and down to earth. Highly recommend Total Point! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Had a worker injure his fingers. Brought him to Total Point Urgent Care where we were taken care promptly. They were very thorough and explained everything. Very pleased with our experience. Will definitely use again if needed. Very thankful they are located in Bullard.
