I used to love going to this place, I usually have them just switch out tires off of rims 10 bucks per tire switch because I would always take the old tire with me so they didn't have to discard it so let's listen to me for me for them so yeah. 25 bucks, and I took my old tire as well. I like dealing with the owner not the managers.

I would give it a zero star if possible. Horrible customer service. Went in for a simple vehicle inspection for registration. Came to find out that they never upload the document hence I am unable to renew my registration. Called them back asking if they can upload the document since it was never uploaded to the system. They basically said it's too bad and I have to bring it by to get inspected again. I asked if I need to pay for another inspection and was told probably. It was such a simple job and yet they failed to complete it. And when they failed, instead of taking the responsibility, they just passed the bucket saying oh well too bad, it got messed up etc. Zero apology to the paying customer. I wouldn't trust them doing any job if they can't even get one simple job right and owe up to their mistakes. I am taking my business elsewhere. Definitely not returning for anything. STAY AWAY GUYS!

Quick and easy, but need to pay attention to detail on documentation. Customer service is terrible. Personnel are rude & the answer is "bring it back in". They put the incorrect VIN number down(O instead of 0) & mileage as 6260 instead of 60,260 on a 2016 model. When called about, person told me to bring documentation back in, that people make mistakes.Yes, they do but they correct them. When I found documentation, and called back in to have them correct it, he said bring it in. He said he wasn't the inspector and couldn't do anything about it; I told him then let me speak to the inspector. The inspector corrected it on the phone, and never apoligized for the error. Wasted 2hrs trying to enter info on-line and making phone calls. Had I gone to the registration office in person, they would have rejected it because of incorrect vehicle inspection info. Don't plan on going back, but if I do, I will inspect the documentation before leaving the site; & recommend any customer do that. They seem to make a lot of mistakes.

Stop by at 2 on a Friday and was told they didn't have time to change a loose tire and rim that I walked in with. Was told to leave it until Saturday.

So far so good. They do all of our tire repairs for our company trucks and cars. They even do some of our mechanics jobs . Friendly and prompt service. Bilingual Espanol. Pricing is very fair, I would feel ok with sending my wife there.

Been coming to this location for years. Over 10 at that. Have to make sure everything is topped off. I asked for a transmission fluid change and Mike tells me it is specifically done at the dealership and that it couldn't be done here. I took it home and did it in my garage. Now I would like to have someone explain how I can do this in a garage with a 1:2ton jack. Also asked for a quote of a pad change on breaks. Not even brake fluid. 100$ front, 100$ back. Once again did it myself. Just want to say thank you because I'll be saving the money now. Had no problem paying for good service. When it's good. Place has gone down hill since the lady was working there.

I picked up a large bolt in my tire and in a matter of minutes my car was being looked at, my tire was fixed, and they even replaced missing lugnuts. All for an incredibly reasonable price.

Very rude. Does not care about you as a customer just the dollar. Came in to ask about a vehicle inspection and the representative just turned his back to me yelled 45 minutes and walked out the door.
