Discount Tire n Spring Branch, Tx is amazing. ALL the employees from Management team to Serive techs that I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and efficient. I’ve have terrible luck over the past 2 months. I have gotten 3 nails in 3 different tires. Just crazy. Anyway, I would like to give a shout out to the twins (Brayden and Bryce). They personally have helped me every time and are just amazing, friendly and extremely understanding. One of my 3 visits it was an emergency situation and i arrived not knowing the store closed (it was 10 minutes after closing). I was extremely stressed out and these two calmed me down spoke with a manager and within 20 mins they had taken care of me and I was on my way. I can’t thank them enough!!! hopefully they get to see this post. All my experiences at this Discount Tire have been amazing. I will continue to do business with them and recommend 5 star reviews to all my friends and family.

Went in with a nail in my tire, I was the first one there before they opened. 3 other vehicles went in for service before mine. Tire fixed but now my Service Tire Monitor is appearing on my dashboard display !

We have been customers of this location for 5 years and the service is always great. My most recent experience was no exception. The young man that helped me , Braydon, was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. They completed the service in the stated amount of time which was great.

Staff doesn't have the best attitude, but they allow their tire vendors to block customers from entering or exiting, very frustrating when they don't allow you to leave.

I like discount tire ,I have been doing business with them over 20 years and always been satisfied.
Last two years I have been having lots of problems with their balancing tires ,it won't last more than few thousand miles or even less . when I go back and complain they give me unsatisfying answers.

I've trusted discount tire with tire balancing and rotation for years, but today the team went above and beyond to point out that two of my tires were severely worn, my wipers needed replacing, and one of my rims was bent.
Not only did they replace the tires and wipers (and soon, the rim), but I was discounted on everything. They were even able to find a refurbished rim for nearly half the cost of a new one. They really look out for you.

This place is honestly amazing, I’m having a tough time in life right now due to severe medical issues and having car problems was only adding to it. Jacob and Justin went above and beyond for me, to ensure I had a safe way to get my family around. They were so compassionate and helpful, I can’t tell you how thankful I am for them. I would have been unable to get my tire issues resolved without them, so thank you guys so much. I appreciate you.
